This series is genius. Tom's performance is just brilliant. Just proves what a talented actor he is. And so young! He has a glowing future ahead. This production and his performance are certainly Emmy-worthy. What a brave and gut-wrenching chioice.
Oh man Tom is on this show. Makes me feel goosebumps. The character and story are nothing like the Joker or Heath Ledger. But it gives you the same feeling
I feel bad for Tom Holland. I think he is such a good actor, but people don't really seem to like him in anything except Spider-Man. I loved him in this series, but i heard it wasn’t received well. I also believe that he is on Broadway now, and people said his performance wasn’t good.
Actors ego/insecurity. He’s 25-26 but he’s 5’ 7’’ with a baby face..he can portray teenagers/young adults..awkward quirky adorkable teenagers/young adults or good hearted teenagers/young adults. But he doesn’t want to get type cast as those roles, he wants to be taken seriously, which is why he does these serious roles lol.

I FUCKING HATE the way marvel completely ruined his résumé as an actor. He has a great acting range. His drama roles in Cherry, Crowded Room, Edge of Winter, and The Devil All The Time were absolutely beautiful. But somehow, everything he does is always reflected on the awkward, quirky behavior he portrayed as Spider-man. He can’t be looked passed that at all. And it’s all because Spider-man had awful writers and a ridiculous screenplay in comparison to other marvel movies. The fact that the only thing people caught attention to from this show was the “Gay scene” Where he is portraying a WOMAN. it is so unfortunate the way people look at tom as an actor.
marvel gave him the fame and opportunities to be in all of those projects tho. There are so many talented actors who arent famous until their fifties and tom could easily be one of them without marvel.

He was on every screen for years😂, worked alongside HUGE names, earned hundreds of millions and has been cast in many other roles showing his range and skills as an actor 😂 they didn’t ruin anything and wtf was that nonsense about his awkwardness and stuff? Something like this happened to a guy named Jake. His father recorded everything that he did to that poor boy, even hun screaming. Jake died later that year and I was so enraged I wanted to find his father myself and expose him.
