    I'm so glad to hear that someone had a good outcome from his ulnar shortening osteotomy. There are a lot of rough stories online, and until finding this particular channel negative stories were dominating the results. Thanks Ken for sharing your experiences!

    I’m on day 15 and I haven’t had my stitches removed yet. I still have pain but it’s mostly aches. The first week I was in excruciating pain and I’m allergic to Oxy. They finally gave me tramadol to take in the evenings which helped. Glad you didn’t have any pain but I am still having aches and find that my elbow and shoulder hurt as well.

    Were you cast or immobilized post-op? Day 11 & you're not in a cast? I've been jipped! In cast for 7 weeks on 2nd USO.

      just immobilized. Thought I was in cast for a day or two, though.
