im sure even in space, humans will segregate themselves apart into regions like on earth keeping things like accents and dialect alive. in the 40k universe I would guess individuality would be heresy so you wont have cultural divides, outside of being for or against the emperor, and if you are against the emperor... well expect a visit from someone like Titus here.
