I love this but how do I as a mom feel like I can comeback from it I feel like I’ve done so much damage my kids are 14 12 10 and it’s like with the older ones I feel like i failed so much that there’s like no coming back. My daughter knows my frustrating look and I feel so bad for it

Start making positive adjustments where you're at and have an honest conversation with them about it. Kids are resilient and forgiving when they see that you're trying. It's better to try than to not. It could be a turning point for all of you. Praying for you!
