I stupidly took one apart and couldn't figure out how to put the mechanism back together. The other I used for years, until a few years ago a knife-obsessed ex-girlfriend stole it from me. I've been trying to track down another for the last few years.

I'm not sure if this is myth bullshit or what but are there really off knives you could hold against say drywall...or "ballistic gel" torsos , that would penetrate firing up against it? or is it all bullshit myth? I know the spring would have to be one strong s.o.b to do it but I wonder if they exist...and I don't mean a kgb spring launcher lol.
sharpshooter jojo No they would not. They would come out a little bit yeah but most OTFs have a built in safetly mechanism so it doesn't lock until it is fully seated. And unless you have a harpoon gun spring in a knife as long as a hand then you're fine.
I had a mini switchblade but I make the mistake of getting rid of it. But I have 4 mini keychain knives that's like a inch long I get them every year at a festival.

Any idea how to fix the one missing the button? I took it apart to figure out why the lighter wouldn’t work and now the blade won’t spring out or in
