Lack of basic etiquette by Rajdeep in his questioning! Following must be improved-
1. Raising questions but no patience for response
2. Incoherent thought process by not connecting the dots from previous questions
3. No balance between sides

Not connecting dots happen when one presets questions and if these questions have hidden agenda, this prevents free flow of thoughts for the person being questioned

This is not an up to the mark interview by Rajdeep. It appeared that he was rather grilling Ghulam Nabi for his resigning from congress. He queried GNA more on the line of allegations thrown on him by congress than extracting GNA's clarifications on the charges he made on Rahul Gandhi's leadership issues. That was more important than what congress said against him.

Would these Congress leaders have left, knowing fully well about the kind person that RG is over many years, if Congress had made comeback in 2019 elections and formed the govt at the centre?
The answer is: No, definitely not.
It's all fine to talk like a high priest with the benefit of hindsight.
Congress has remained unchangeable ever since Mrs IG took the reign of Congress party i.e. for over 50 years. After the entry of Soniya in active politics, the family started appointing people for the post of PM and as ministers, party spokespersons etc.
Most of these people chose to be in Congress because it was the only successful party. Both the sides were happy as long as Congress was winning elections and forming govts.
After the debacle in 2019 general election, Congress declined steadily and the family has been clueless. The utility of the team of successful & effective persons is no longer felt by the family. They do not realy care who is leaving. They are not surprised and know that most of the associates will leave sooner or later. They are reconciled to the eventuality.
