Insane! You’re doing great work. These detailed videos will inspire future generations. Please also do a informative video about what to carry in a daypack for hiking.
Manav, Its nice to see you leading other youngsters in this kind of Speed hikes in Ladakh, which is known for Altitudes and Quick elevation gain, which are very Deceptive. You definitely have the biggest advantage of Young Age, Speed , Agility and intelligent approach Wish you many more speed climb like this. But important is to tell and emphasise the importance of Acclimitisation in these kinds of ventures. Wish you many more climbs.. 🎉
such a beautiful vlog brother.... words can't describe the beauty of this place.... you guys were super acclimatized and fit that you made the whole hike look very easy... kudos to you guys.... cheers....
This is a channel, where I click on like even before I watch. So pretty, thank you for this great content. You satiate some of our constant urge to be amidst the mountains.
What a beautiful video.. Manav, are you going to include snippets of these videos in your bootcamp modules to show ridgelines, saddles, North has more snow than South kind of stuff? You should absolutely put these drone shots in your bootcamp material.
Great as always...for normal folks who get spooked easily on scary parts unlike you..would you recommend it? possible to reach without touching the glacier? Guess same day not possible for mere mortals..may be we take our tents and acclimatize at 5500
The trail has some exposure but the ridge is wide enough. So yes, I will recommend it. Yes, it is possible to hike up without touching the glacier if you do this peak after mid-August. Sleeping at 5500 m will not be fun. You can start really early. Also, use other trails to acclimatize.
@@AskManavTV Ok thanks..My CFO friend did the peak on 19th Aug. Hence wanted to follow suit but without touching the ice., Will be in Ladakh around 20 Sep
Bro which baackpack do you use man?Have been asking you from a long time on insta?😅 please give recommendations for all the backpacks a hiker or trekker needs
If you are well acclimatized. If the weather is good. You can spend good amount of tinme at 6000 m. People even camp at this altitude when they climb higher peaks.
Hi Manav 1. Can you share/create a video about your acclimatizon strategy for these 6000m+ speed hikes. Surely you would get hit by AMS if you scale from base to top cold turkey. Let me know if my understanding is incorrect. 2. Can you also share/ create a video on how you train for these speedhikes. Is it just running, any target distance/pace etc.
Hello sir i will be visiting that region in August 2025 & will be looking for someone to guide me to Stok Kangri (if open) i will pass through Ramtsi & maybe i can visit your homstay & discuss treking options
Stok Kangri is closed. I don't stay in Rumtse but I can help you plan your trip or hike. All the best for August 2025 trip. You can message me on whatsapp +91-8946823824

On the top, Yes
Which drone are you using? Please suggest a good beginner drone for a cheap price with good picture quality, somewhat like yours.
DJI Air 3
I suggest the same.
@@AskManavTV thanks for the suggestion but it's way out of my budget. Any cheaper ones say between 40000-80000

MH500 30 Litre backpack from Decathlon.
I usually do all my hikes in a 30 Litre backpack.
The landscape is so stunning 😍 ❤🫶.
One question to you:- how long can a person stay on top of the mountain? Or will there be any issue?
