I had an experience once where I was making a hot drink, and suddenly without warning, I felt I had disappeared. I no longer felt that I was my thoughts, or my body, or anything. Nothing else had changed, the person I thought I was before the event was still making the drink. Was aware of a mind panicking, trying to figure out where I had gone. After 20 seconds I suddenly felt identified with my mind and body again! Had no fear for 2 weeks after that. Was a very strange experience - my ego was rattled felt scared. Didn't last long enough tho to settle into the experience.
Thank you for sharing this. I've felt like I "died" and was reborn in the blink of an eye and had a similar "out-of-body" experience which I couldn't articulate as well as you just did. We're more similar than diff't aren't we, as huMANS! Blessings.
@littleRupertClone. (pause) These are great meditations (pause) Each time I watch one I normalize the habit of being in the space (pause) It gives me time to contemplate in between. (pause) It becomes less of an intellectual exercise, for meditation is the reminder to just be.😁
Que seja um Retiro pleno de paz e auto realização para todos. Que você, Rupert Spira, seja o que é: inspiração divina da consciência. Gratidão profunda!
❤ Infinite awareness devoid of all the qualities (including the sense or concept of 'I) is what we are. The "I" is something, whereas what we are is nothing in particular, it is devoid of everything, including the "I"'. 'I is used for the individual self or egoic self or simply ego. So it isn't quite adequate to be used to denote That (Awareness) which Is beyond all qualities and ego itself 🌞
"The Infinite I that makes us humane." 💙 That which makes us humans is of the same Infinite I. Infinite I, not seen through little eyes, but reckoned-eyes of being. Perceptions are powerful & mutable.

I always love listening to you, Rupert, but I could use a bit more volume sometimes… I always have to turn it up all the way, and I'm not hard of hearing. I do listen outside with a small waterfall, not terribly far away, but I need my nature too!
This - and other recordings - need more volume. I'm on a maximum setting one of the best computers ever made (and there is nothing wrong with it) and the volume is still very low. Being hyper sensitive to sound I thought you might appreciate me mentioning this. If someone lives in a very quiet place or is listening through headphones fine. But in a city, not on phones, it's too low.
Rupert if the 'I' refers to the or is the 'Divine Being' itself, than how is that It''s action and reactions creates 'KARMA', which is the cause of our suffering?
I combine Kabbala w the teachings of Hinduism & Buddhism. Kabbala teaches that the universe got broken in the manifestation process, & that causes pain in this realm. I can get into it if you're curious, or not. Whatever.
@sundarsubramaniam1381 Separation Suffering is in the realm of been separate. Separate, small, incapsulated with little me. Experience in all it's aspects, dances between many layers. The dance is and always is, in solid, dense energy that pain is part of the dance. I suggest you listen to Sadghuru talks on Karma, his explanation is true to our energy when we live and identify from The Body. ❤
Thank you for knowing that humans need to hear this thousands of times!
this is GOLD , Rupert thank you for your time, for your love , for your clarity WE LOVE YOU TOO
I'm so grateful to be living and experiencing humanity's awakening. I love all you all

I really don't get what he's talking about with "I"
When you say 'I' who is it you are referring to? Your name? Your leg? No, you refer to your true self, the pure awareness that observes all experience
@@DaveSaysYesh Nice & concise.
(Just curious; is your "yesh" from Hebrew?)

Because the One wants a fair game between it's many selves, every part keeps score of things.

Separation

The 'I' Rupert refers to is pure awareness, that which is aware, not an acting or reacting to anything.
There is no I. There’s just what’s happening. Nothing else to be found. All else is a concept.
And this is a good concept❤
I liked you better with a little beard 💋
