I am not Kenyan, but I watch many (or some) Kenyan vlogs which I subscribe to but if it wasn't for me noticing your video and clicking on it, I wouldn't have discovered that Kenya has such a nice-looking train station with a legitimate first-class experience. I think with time people who can afford it will warm up to the idea of travelling first class and the 1st class coach will start to fill up more passengers. Thanks for this vlog, it even more comforts my wanting to visit Kenya.
Flying to the same destination gives value for money compared to flying since the price difference is so small and time saved is enormous.

How many kenyans know if there is a train station in kenya and a train from Nairobi to Mombasa?
U find every morning in Nairobi more than 20 busses making trip to mombsa with average ticket prices 1500 ksh
That's alright... some of us want to experience the road travel...why should one always use SGR?
But the busses are comfortable too, again, busses are available at the CBD, for SGR you've to get all the way to Syokimau for boarding

If you're considering traveling to Lamu, I suggest using a flight or, alternatively, a ship or boat to reach Lamu. I'm not sure about the current situation, but in the past, traveling from Mombasa to Lamu by road was somewhat risky due to terrorism. However, I'm uncertain about the present circumstances.

for your information we travle with SGR everyday just that I personaly chose 2cond class because I dont need too much comfort for extra cost. 1st class is meant to be as less populated as is because if it was crouded it woul not serve its purpose!
