Hey lads! Hope you are well and enjoying what's left of summer. Just wanted to suggest something to you. Just picked up this condiment from my local Tesco called 'Very Lazy' chopped red chillies. It's not overly hot but packs a good kick and goes brilliantly if you mix it into noodles etc. Have you tried it? If not... I suggest giving it a go. All the best. :)

( seriously, there's some kind of a pattern here; I wonder what the thought process is: 'If I turn myself into a giant chilli, I'll be immune to their effects' ? - Or are they hoping to intimidate their competitors? ) I thought Becky would win but she was just showing a poker face. Ming almost made it through but didn't have the intestinal fortitude. Team Cameron takes the gold, but I'm not surprised as he was doing so well all the way through.

Cameron was cool from start to finish. My goodness, just to think of the pain of eating, swallowing and digesting those chilli's. Let alone the thought of throwing them back up again. All contestants are brave doing this.
