I've had DSEK in one eye and DMEK in the other (both partial cornea transplants). I must say that recovery and results were both better than expected in my case. It's been about 4 years now; I'm 76, and my vision is great. I have a few floaters, but I hardly notice them. Still have to use eye drops daily, but that's the only inconvenience for a huge improvement in my vision!

Hi Doc. Hope u r fine. Very presentation on corneal transplant.
Sir I had DMEK on 25 Jan 2022. Still my vision is not clear. It improves during the day a little bit. I am using Pred Forte, 5% Saline, Hisopt, Vigamox. My eye surgeon claims that my graft is perfect. Then why it is not improving vision. Pl suggest any change in drops.

2.16.22: Turner Lasix San Leandro, CA: (SEE):
A Dr.Chirag Patel added a contact-lens to scratch Cornea; replaced Anew at each appointment. It removed all of my pain
The surgery is pending 2017-22 as scratch has not healed. The abrupt pain is from epithelium.
Needle biopsy proved negative for 5/viruses: aids, herpes, syphlylis, etc. Drops of steroids, did not help at Proctor/UCSF(?!
Complication of Diabetes2- Risks as Eyesight limited and no glasses prescribed until after surgeries.
Two Cataract operations are also scheduled for 70’s year old. MURO: drops & ointment over counter applied care. Steroids all stopped as inactive!

Its over a month now since i got a cornea transplant the doctor says my eye pressure is high and still my vision is blurry could it be Glaucoma
Cause i made a research then found out that people who have cornea transplant are more vaunerable to Glaucoma

I also had high eye pressure, and I was told it's a side effect of the eye drops; so got some other eye drops to bring the pressure down. And it's actually high eye pressure that increases the risk for Glaucoma. And I'd totally expect your vision to still be blurry, you probably still have the threads in there.
