I unsubscribed to them exactly 1 yr ago and I haven’t received anything but emails wanting me back that I don’t even waste my time opening them to read them! Didn’t receive anything in forever then I received a February glam bag?! I check my bank acct and realized they charged my acct without my permission! I had to unsubscribe again!! And they won’t reply to any of my messages!!

If they have charged you when you haven't ordered - I would report it to Paypal, your bank or credit card company as an unauthorised charge. I had this a while ago with another subscription box and my bank refunded it completely and flagged the company as unauthorised, which prevented them from charging me again. I'm in the UK so not 100% sure that the situation is the same in other parts of the world. Edit for clarity: I should have made this a bit clearer, I meant it to read that if you get and are charged for multiple boxes (for the same month) when you only have one box that you are subscribed to, or you have cancelled your subscription within the period that they have specified, then the charges for the boxes that you did not order (so the extra ones) would be unauthorised (in the UK anyway). So for example, if you ordered a standard box monthly for a type of subscription box, but were charged for 2 standard boxes and delux box one month, then the second and third boxes were not in your subscription and they have taken the payment using your card or paypal details without authorisation from you.
No if you read all when you sign up and put in your preference they tell you , you will get a bag, box every month for the price agreed upon just saying I get their bags every month for the exact price they say and the price has never changed in 2 years jus saying

@@Sarah-over-here you were very clear about unauthorized charges & it works like that in the US too but each bank has different requirements. My bank gives you 30 days to spot an unauthorized charge but they also flag high risk & abnormal or abnormality high charges. If I were to purchase 1 item from a sub site it would be fine but if they saw 3 identical charges they would call me & ask if it was me.

The Juvia’s place controversy was that they posted a tutorial with an IG influencer who used a racial slur against Asians 😬. The troubling thing is that apparently all layers of management and approval either didn’t notice it or thought that it was OK to use slurs in their marketing…
Did they remove the tutorial? Have they offered any apologies? If they're OK with any part of that, they are just as culpable as the POS who made the moronic comment in the first place. God I utterly despise bigots.
I had a difficult time contacting Ipsy about a missing shipment. Go into the "glam bot" chat, type "email customer service" and the option to "open a ticket with Ipsy care team" will appear. They got back to me pretty quickly. I think they make it difficult on purpose so people will give up. Don't let them win!
Anything with curly hair can tell you that mousse has never gone out of style. We need some type of foam/mousse product to go along with a cream/gel product to make things work.

My best friend and I will randomly start a chain reaction of vines, usually I accidentally start it because one will pop up and I say it before thinking. What usually starts it is "free sha vaca do" or "road work ahead? Uh I sure hope it does" and on occasion, "I smell like beef...... I smell like beef...... I SMELL LIKE BEEF!" or "I'm 16! I'm a grandmother!" The list goes on
Ipsy makes it very easy to accidentally order stuff in my opinion . Every time you log into the app there's a pop up ad for the X or the plus that if you don't hit the x or even if you don't pay attention and click the wrong thing too fast . . Boom your signed up and they already took out your money . It's sketchy so I'm so careful when logging into app .
You say your being carful, have you had anything happen yet I just subscribed to get one next month and I’m scared Ipsy is gonna do wrong like all the comments are saying 😞
Thank you for speaking out regarding IPSY subscriptions, and cancellations. I’ve been dealing with a situation, with my bank, regarding my account being charged four times (for TWO of the subscription bags) in the four months following my subscription cancellation. My account was charged, even after putting 3 separate blocks on my account so IPSY could no longer have access to my account, for a subscription that I had receipts to prove had been cancelled. I put a no debits hold, no charges hold from this company, as well as changed my card number completely, and somehow they were able to continue to charge me each month, even with the firewalls set in place. Frustrated is an understatement. I’m still in the process to resolve this matter as I am having to close that account completely, and open a new account. I am,now, much more cautious when using my card for online purchases and subscriptions, as this has been a huge learning experience for me. Please make sure when signing up, and canceling, that you document and save all receipts. Thank you again! 🖤🖤
Oh yes they do! They kept sending me a drawstring bag of items that sucked even lol the lotions were nasty! It took me a awhile to get out of that mess. People don't use a bank card use a pre paid card add money to that card and they can never charge u
My friend sent me a free Ipsy last year so I was able to get a normal bag and refreshments but their website is so freaking confusing that I thought I had canceled both, but I ended up getting a second bag of the refreshments. I was finally able to cancel that, but I actually really like the citrus hand cream and makeup wipes I got so I’m kinda happy I got two lol
17:00 no you're not wrong the whole issue with Juvia's Place is that they did a make-up tutorial vid and the influencer used an Anti-asian slur. Also ipsy is up to some shady ish I canceled 2 years ago and they still send me emails so much I had to put them in spam

So....2 weeks before charging everyone for the huda box I got an email from ipsy stating my glam bag x subscription was cancelled and even reflected that on the website when i logged in. Don't you know they charged me over 60 bucks 2 weeks later. I contacted my bank right away and said that was not authorized so my bank refunded me and started an investigation. They still sent me a box, but I guess they saw where they messed up because a full month later I got another email stating my glam bag x sub was cancelled. And this time it clearly worked because I did not receive this box. And the huda box they sent that I did not want was just craps and a total waste. I never tried reaching out to ipsy because I knew I would get nowhere with them.
Ipsy is terrible, they offered me a free gift with my bag and never got it. Even had an email confirming I would receive a free mystery gift. Never got it and even contacted ipsy and they never got back to me after 2 representatives I talked to. Kept giving me the run around. This company is a Scam!!
I used a link from a subscription site to receive a free four piece complex culture brushes with sign up. (I have a love/hate relationship with this sub but I LOVE those brushes!) They made me send screenshots of where I got the link AND my confirmation email. Took a month to receive them.
I joined Ipsy for one month, and in that month, they sent an email. I think it said something like if you click on this (or do not click on this) you will be charged. I was so angry. I definitely felt scammed. I wrote them a strongly worded letter and immediately cancelled. I was furious. It was clearly intended to fool people who don't take the time to read everything before clicking (or not clicking, I forget), and I'm often that person. It was just happenstance that I wasn't charged. Super sh***y business practice.
This has happened to me on 4 error boxes 3 separate occasions!!!! With glam bag X every time!! It's so interesting hearing that I am not the only one!!! I've contacted and made sure I'm not signed up for them numerous times, even had to cancel credit/debit cards and get a new number ! And then it happened on the new cards! I shit you not, it's absolutely insane. I've also been charged for double Glam bag +, twice and never received the second bag! Ipsy is scandalous these days and I hate that they bought out Boxy charm, I hope it's not a matter of time these errors start happening on there. I was charged (but also sent) the Ipsy Plus for February, when I ordered Ipsy X. So, instead of getting just the basic and the X I paid for received all 3. Luckily, it was a month I could afford for that to happen. Their compensation was to give me 1200 Ipsy points, that they don't have much of worth to cash those out on anyway. Their ordering is honestly so confusing, I didn't even realize it until after it was paid and they informed me of the error.
I am thinking of canceling all my boxes. The total value is so often just ridiculous and I wouldn't even pay the discounted price. However, they are fun...
I just a couple months ago, real life expenses are becoming too much to splurge when I have so much I haven't even used. It easy to get into debt and addicted to boxes. I only get munchpak now because my kid likes it.
I just had to do this and I love make up and it was so sad but they were literally talking something that was supposed to be $25-$29 a month and making it $40 to $50 a month and they keep adding refreshments " hotel lotions for five dollars !!!
"I'll tell you for free," made me snort out loud. Mousses are from the 80s, but they've gotten so much better in formulation, as well as ingredients that are good for your hair, so you might want to try it. WoW is a good brand. I've used a few of their products. Take care. 💜☮️
@@icedlavenders5699 I use mousses for wavy/curly hair, like John Frieda's Frizz Ease line, but recently I stumbled upon Cake Beauty Curl Whipped Curl Defining & Volumizing Mousse. It contains vitamin e and aloe. At first I didn't think that I'd like it because it smells like cupcakes, but the smell dissipates quickly, and the results are the best I've ever had from a mousse.
I haven’t had a problem with being charged extra but I have had the last three plus bags damaged. Product just everywhere and it was a total mess. I’m so tired of it that I’m on a break from them for now.
I had problems with Ipsy years ago. I tried to cancel and asked them about 4 months in a row and never heard back. I had to take it to the BBB to get a response and was told i was no longer allowed to subscribe to them as part of the resolution. No problem there, havent given them a penny since. Ridiculous.
I got the 111Skin cleanser & can attest that it does not feel cold on the skin, when I use it. Maybe other ppl get that sensation, but I didnt. It does smell nice & I like how it lathers so Im not complaining. I liked my X bag, tbh. Dude they better not be charging my card randomly throughout my subscription. $140? Like for what?? I only get the Plus/X, sometimes add ons, sometimes Ill get something from the flash pop up shop- but not that often. Ill be furious if I find any extra charges.
Oh okay thats good to know! I liked the bags as well but im just a little worried about the extra charges! The large charges could have been me making purchases, I bought some mystery boxes a while back but I didn't think they were that expensive, I was just concerned that they never got back to me even though I reached out several times.
I canceled Ipsy in December because they kept sending it to my old address even though I changed the address for all 3 subscription in August. I got them just fine in September to my new address but then in October they were sent to my old address and I updated again and reached out to Ipsy Care to get it resent. When November rolled around and it was STILL sent to the old address I reached out to Ipsy Care again. I wanted to ensure it wouldn't happen again in December and what do you know? It did. And I had receipts about changing it correctly and the old ticket numbers showing it was a reoccurring problem! They kept accusing me of changing the addresses back. Why would I do that? I don't want the stranger in my old apartment to get them; I'm buying them for me! I got so mad I canceled all 3 subscriptions. I think it's for the best, I don't need a bunch of products coming in every month as I'm still using the backlog of products from previous months
Do they think ppl enjoy wasting their time trying to get it fixed over and over? Make it make sense. I'm never surprised these days when customer service isn't good.
Hey Alexandria!!! I can sympathize with what you are saying about your hair. I had sudden hair loss and hair thinning that was devastating. I had lab work done and take vitamins and now know something is going on with my thyroid. If you haven't done so already I suggest making an appointment with a dermatologist and possible endrocrinologist :) If you get things checked out early it can prevent further hair loss :)
I can't drink NEARLY that much water lmao, good for you girl!! Stayin hydrated and healthy :) Personally looking into it bc I was worried about getting dehydrated, since I live in what's basically a sauna, I've read some studies that suggest the whole '64 ounces a day' isn't actually a good amount to drink every day because most of it is being flushed out before your body can actually absorb it, and instead suggest to just drink when you're thirsty. I hate the way plain water feels when it goes down unless its ICE cold and I don't wanna be peeing all day, so I'm just gonna stick with my two cans of fizzy water and call it good xD I'm glad it's made you feel better though!
I wish it worked that way. I'm rarely thirsty, and often forget to drink more than my morning coffee, or a cuppa if I'm in the mood for one, then wind up dehydrated. My wonderful kiddo has been giving me water reminders after they get back from school. I get reminded a lot until bedtime so I am now getting at least a fair amount. Heh, they just handed me a bottle of water with a hug.

I can relate to so many of the things you mention! I also have food obsessions where I literally can eat the same meal over and over (sometimes it can last 2+ weeks) until it suddenly becomes inedible and then I move on. Drives my poor husband nuts because he's the opposite and doesn't like eating the same thing in a 2 week period.

I can't believe how many of you have had problems with ipsy. I've had them off and on for almost 10 years. I've never had problems cancelling and never got charged extra. (Minus once which was definitely my fault for not unsubscribing from the 3 month one)

I am sorry you're dealing with that, Alexandria. I also had a bad experience with them, which they at least fixed quickly. I signed up for ipsy in early 2021, and within less than 24 hours, I changed my mind and cancelled it. Well, they charged me a week later (which was the cutoff for that month) and sent me the bag despite that! I was so mad when I saw I had a bag on the way and I was in line to get more after that! To their credit, the customer service rep realized quickly the company has messed up that and even offered to let me send the bag back once I got it. I didn't want to bother with that, but I did make him completely delete my profile! I didn't want to be even the remote chance they could still charge me. The rep handled it well, but it felt a bit shady.
I use frosted gloss to lighten up mat lipsticks. Since I don’t like mat anything I tend to mix colors to custom colors. The light lips are great for taming down super bright lips.
That container is everything! I used to lig around a gallon of water and try to drink 1/2 a day 🤷🏻♀️ This bottle is so mich easier to carry around and helps keep me on track 😁
I discontinued months ago and a few months after I kept getting boxes and being charged for it. So I had to take it off my PayPal. And ended up taking my bank account information off of it too because I kept getting charged. I was pretty frustrated with it.
They now give you an extra step to cancel by email after you cancelled on the website. Meaning after you cancel if you don't confirm that email after you will not be cancelled
I cancelled mine a few months ago because I bought like two months of that super box that came like every 2 months or something and had a celebrity curator and then I notice they kept charging me for that and alot of charges and that extra box was only really good for me one time. Plus I had the glam bag plus every month and would choose my stuff also but they started going down hill and the only deals worth it was sometimes they had great makeup on sale on there site for cheap as add ONS but I was paying so much at one point it was not worth it. Plus I'm a collector and makeup artist so I have too much already
Yes they are. I canceled 6 months ago and yesterday I was finally able to stop future payments at my bank. They've taken $54 or $57 I can't remember exactly
I have hair loss like you do, mine is a bit worse as I can't wear my hair down at all, but powdered products are great for greasy hair issues, just be sure you wash that day or the day after and don't let it stay for days at a time to accumulate, my dermatologist says I need to wash daily because my hair is extremely oily, if I only wash every other day my hair falls out more, but like I said mine is a bit worse than yours, though yeah, dry shampoo is a good thing for us, the tinted ones are better than the white kind but anything helps as far as volumizing products

That Pat McGrath color is so pretty on. It doesn’t give you a pearly/frosty look, it’s more like a very pale warm tone with mica flecks. I like it over lip pencil for a “my lips but better look”

Those Aviators look adorable on you girl! I have a big head too so I feel your pain… but it’s really weird they put those exact Quay Aviators in the Fab Fit Fun boxes like 2 or 3 years ago. Yes! I cancelled my ipsy subscription and then the next month didn't come, great. AND THEN THE NEXT MONTH, IT CAME BACK! The cancellation had small fine print about how it's "cancelling" for one month only.
Ipsy will charge you until you stop it on the website. I removed my credit card. Even after that they kept emailing me as if I owed them money. Stand your ground with Ipsy.

Ipsy charged me without permission for their Refreshments razor trial kit. I decided I’ll just go ahead and try it. It took like 3 months to arrive and those razors cut the s**t out of my legs.

I had a difficult time contacting Ipsy about a missing shipment. Go into the "glam bot" chat, type "email customer service" and the option to "open a ticket with Ipsy care team" will appear. They got back to me pretty quickly. I think they make it difficult on purpose so people will give up. Don't let them win!
When I was subscribed to Ipsy I learned that they respond fastest when contacted through Facebook messager

Anything with curly hair can tell you that mousse has never gone out of style. We need some type of foam/mousse product to go along with a cream/gel product to make things work.

My best friend and I will randomly start a chain reaction of vines, usually I accidentally start it because one will pop up and I say it before thinking. What usually starts it is "free sha vaca do" or "road work ahead? Uh I sure hope it does" and on occasion, "I smell like beef...... I smell like beef...... I SMELL LIKE BEEF!" or "I'm 16! Ipsy makes it very easy to accidentally order stuff in my opinion . Every time you log into the app there's a pop up ad for the X or the plus that if you don't hit the x or even if you don't pay attention and click the wrong thing too fast . . Boom your signed up and they already took out your money . It's sketchy so I'm so careful when logging into app .

Thank you for speaking out regarding IPSY subscriptions, and cancellations. I’ve been dealing with a situation, with my bank, regarding my account being charged four times (for TWO of the subscription bags) in the four months following my subscription cancellation. My account was charged, even after putting 3 separate blocks on my account so IPSY could no longer have access to my account, for a subscription that I had receipts to prove had been cancelled. I put a no debits hold, no charges hold from this company, as well as changed my card number completely, and somehow they were able to continue to charge me each month, even with the firewalls set in place. Frustrated is an understatement. I’m still in the process to resolve this matter as I am having to close that account completely, and open a new account. I am,now, much more cautious when using my card for online purchases and subscriptions, as this has been a huge learning experience for me. Please make sure when signing up, and canceling, that you document and save all receipts. Thank you again! 🖤🖤
Oh yes they do! They kept sending me a drawstring bag of items that sucked even lol the lotions were nasty! It took me a awhile to get out of that mess. People don't use a bank card use a pre paid card add money to that card and they can never charge u
My friend sent me a free Ipsy last year so I was able to get a normal bag and refreshments but their website is so freaking confusing that I thought I had canceled both, but I ended up getting a second bag of the refreshments. I was finally able to cancel that, but I actually really like the citrus hand cream and makeup wipes I got so I’m kinda happy I got two lol

So....2 weeks before charging everyone for the huda box I got an email from ipsy stating my glam bag x subscription was cancelled and even reflected that on the website when i logged in. Don't you know they charged me over 60 bucks 2 weeks later. I contacted my bank right away and said that was not authorized so my bank refunded me and started an investigation. They still sent me a box, but I guess they saw where they messed up because a full month later I got another email stating my glam bag x sub was cancelled. And this time it clearly worked because I did not receive this box. And the huda box they sent that I did not want was just craps and a total waste. I never tried reaching out to ipsy because I knew I would get nowhere with them.
Ipsy is terrible, they offered me a free gift with my bag and never got it. Even had an email confirming I would receive a free mystery gift. Never got it and even contacted ipsy and they never got back to me after 2 representatives I talked to. Kept giving me the run around. This company is a Scam!!

I used a link from a subscription site to receive a free four piece complex culture brushes with sign up. (I have a love/hate relationship with this sub but I LOVE those brushes!) They made me send screenshots of where I got the link AND my confirmation email. Took a month to receive them.
I joined Ipsy for one month, and in that month, they sent an email. I think it said something like if you click on this (or do not click on this) you will be charged. I was so angry. I definitely felt scammed. I wrote them a strongly worded letter and immediately cancelled. I was furious. It was clearly intended to fool people who don't take the time to read everything before clicking (or not clicking, I forget), and I'm often that person. It was just happenstance that I wasn't charged. Super sh***y business practice.
This has happened to me on 4 error boxes 3 separate occasions!!!! With glam bag X every time!! It's so interesting hearing that I am not the only one!!! I've contacted and made sure I'm not signed up for them numerous times, even had to cancel credit/debit cards and get a new number ! And then it happened on the new cards! I shit you not, it's absolutely insane. I've also been charged for double Glam bag +, twice and never received the second bag! Ipsy is scandalous these days and I hate that they bought out Boxy charm, I hope it's not a matter of time these errors start happening on there. I was charged (but also sent) the Ipsy Plus for February, when I ordered Ipsy X. So, instead of getting just the basic and the X I paid for received all 3. Luckily, it was a month I could afford for that to happen. Their compensation was to give me 1200 Ipsy points, that they don't have much of worth to cash those out on anyway. Their ordering is honestly so confusing, I didn't even realize it until after it was paid and they informed me of the error.
I love how the eye serum excitement of box 1 turned to outrage and disbelief by box 3. That's a third of my mortgage payment in eye serum!
I am thinking of canceling all my boxes. The total value is so often just ridiculous and I wouldn't even pay the discounted price. However, they are fun...
I just a couple months ago, real life expenses are becoming too much to splurge when I have so much I haven't even used. It easy to get into debt and addicted to boxes. I only get munchpak now because my kid likes it.
I just had to do this and I love make up and it was so sad but they were literally talking something that was supposed to be $25-$29 a month and making it $40 to $50 a month and they keep adding refreshments " hotel lotions for five dollars !!!

@@icedlavenders5699 I use mousses for wavy/curly hair, like John Frieda's Frizz Ease line, but recently I stumbled upon Cake Beauty Curl Whipped Curl Defining & Volumizing Mousse. It contains vitamin e and aloe. At first I didn't think that I'd like it because it smells like cupcakes, but the smell dissipates quickly, and the results are the best I've ever had from a mousse.
I haven’t had a problem with being charged extra but I have had the last three plus bags damaged. Product just everywhere and it was a total mess. I’m so tired of it that I’m on a break from them for now.
I had problems with Ipsy years ago. I tried to cancel and asked them about 4 months in a row and never heard back. I had to take it to the BBB to get a response and was told i was no longer allowed to subscribe to them as part of the resolution. No problem there, havent given them a penny since. Ridiculous.
I got the 111Skin cleanser & can attest that it does not feel cold on the skin, when I use it. Maybe other ppl get that sensation, but I didnt. It does smell nice & I like how it lathers so Im not complaining. I liked my X bag, tbh.
Dude they better not be charging my card randomly throughout my subscription. $140? Like for what?? I only get the Plus/X, sometimes add ons, sometimes Ill get something from the flash pop up shop- but not that often. Ill be furious if I find any extra charges.
Oh okay thats good to know! I liked the bags as well but im just a little worried about the extra charges! The large charges could have been me making purchases, I bought some mystery boxes a while back but I didn't think they were that expensive, I was just concerned that they never got back to me even though I reached out several times.
I canceled Ipsy in December because they kept sending it to my old address even though I changed the address for all 3 subscription in August. I got them just fine in September to my new address but then in October they were sent to my old address and I updated again and reached out to Ipsy Care to get it resent. When November rolled around and it was STILL sent to the old address I reached out to Ipsy Care again. I wanted to ensure it wouldn't happen again in December and what do you know? It did. And I had receipts about changing it correctly and the old ticket numbers showing it was a reoccurring problem! They kept accusing me of changing the addresses back. Why would I do that? I don't want the stranger in my old apartment to get them; I'm buying them for me! I got so mad I canceled all 3 subscriptions. I think it's for the best, I don't need a bunch of products coming in every month as I'm still using the backlog of products from previous months

Hey Alexandria!!! I can sympathize with what you are saying about your hair. I had sudden hair loss and hair thinning that was devastating. I had lab work done and take vitamins and now know something is going on with my thyroid. If you haven't done so already I suggest making an appointment with a dermatologist and possible endrocrinologist :) If you get things checked out early it can prevent further hair loss :)

Personally looking into it bc I was worried about getting dehydrated, since I live in what's basically a sauna, I've read some studies that suggest the whole '64 ounces a day' isn't actually a good amount to drink every day because most of it is being flushed out before your body can actually absorb it, and instead suggest to just drink when you're thirsty. I hate the way plain water feels when it goes down unless its ICE cold and I don't wanna be peeing all day, so I'm just gonna stick with my two cans of fizzy water and call it good xD

I wish it worked that way. I'm rarely thirsty, and often forget to drink more than my morning coffee, or a cuppa if I'm in the mood for one, then wind up dehydrated.

I can relate to so many of the things you mention! I also have food obsessions where I literally can eat the same meal over and over (sometimes it can last 2+ weeks) until it suddenly becomes inedible and then I move on. Drives my poor husband nuts because he's the opposite and doesn't like eating the same thing in a 2 week period.

I can't believe how many of you have had problems with ipsy. I've had them off and on for almost 10 years. I've never had problems cancelling and never got charged extra. (Minus once which was definitely my fault for not unsubscribing from the 3 month one)

I am sorry you're dealing with that, Alexandria. I also had a bad experience with them, which they at least fixed quickly. I signed up for ipsy in early 2021, and within less than 24 hours, I changed my mind and cancelled it. Well, they charged me a week later (which was the cutoff for that month) and sent me the bag despite that! I was so mad when I saw I had a bag on the way and I was in line to get more after that! To their credit, the customer service rep realized quickly the company has messed up that and even offered to let me send the bag back once I got it. I didn't want to bother with that, but I did make him completely delete my profile! I didn't want to be even the remote chance they could still charge me. The rep handled it well, but it felt a bit shady.
I use frosted gloss to lighten up mat lipsticks. Since I don’t like mat anything I tend to mix colors to custom colors. The light lips are great for taming down super bright lips.

I discontinued months ago and a few months after I kept getting boxes and being charged for it. So I had to take it off my PayPal. And ended up taking my bank account information off of it too because I kept getting charged. I was pretty frustrated with it.

They now give you an extra step to cancel by email after you cancelled on the website. Meaning after you cancel if you don't confirm that email after you will not be cancelled

I cancelled mine a few months ago because I bought like two months of that super box that came like every 2 months or something and had a celebrity curator and then I notice they kept charging me for that and alot of charges and that extra box was only really good for me one time. Plus I had the glam bag plus every month and would choose my stuff also but they started going down hill and the only deals worth it was sometimes they had great makeup on sale on there site for cheap as add ONS but I was paying so much at one point it was not worth it. Plus I'm a collector and makeup artist so I have too much already
Yes they are. I canceled 6 months ago and yesterday I was finally able to stop future payments at my bank. They've taken $54 or $57 I can't remember exactly

I have hair loss like you do, mine is a bit worse as I can't wear my hair down at all, but powdered products are great for greasy hair issues, just be sure you wash that day or the day after and don't let it stay for days at a time to accumulate, my dermatologist says I need to wash daily because my hair is extremely oily, if I only wash every other day my hair falls out more, but like I said mine is a bit worse than yours, though yeah, dry shampoo is a good thing for us, the tinted ones are better than the white kind but anything helps as far as volumizing products

That Pat McGrath color is so pretty on. It doesn’t give you a pearly/frosty look, it’s more like a very pale warm tone with mica flecks. I like it over lip pencil for a “my lips but better look”

Those Aviators look adorable on you girl! I have a big head too so I feel your pain… but it’s really weird they put those exact Quay Aviators in the Fab Fit Fun boxes like 2 or 3 years ago. I have the exact same ones I got in a spring FFF box years back, I guess Ipsy is getting the older stock from them? Weird!

Yes! I cancelled my ipsy subscription and then the next month didn't come, great. AND THEN THE NEXT MONTH, IT CAME BACK! The cancellation had small fine print about how it's "cancelling" for one month only.

Ipsy charged me without permission for their Refreshments razor trial kit. I decided I’ll just go ahead and try it. It took like 3 months to arrive and those razors cut the s**t out of my legs.
