Also nobody mentions how great the weather is in Philadelphia
It has 4 real seasons and its absolutely lovely
Long beach California has the best weather overall in all the places ive lived

Between 21st and 20th on Delancey. Arguably the nicest block in the city for a townhome.

Hi John, that depends on how you define best. The Rittenhouse garage is popular around the square.

@@livingincentercity Thanks! I should have been a little more clear about “best”. Broadly, just a good balance between price and proximity. Walking a few blocks in any direction is ok if I can find better prices ($340/month is the best price I’ve found).
Any experience with 1728 Sansom St?

@@johnstamm5147 $300 - $400 per month is the norm in all Center City. The cheapest I know about is Walnut Bridge Parking but I personally wouldn't recommend it as the spots are tight and it's a bit sketchy.
