Hello Kim And Family. Thanks for sharing . Your broccoli , cheese and chicken casserole . Looks so delicious . Enjoy your dinner . Have a good evening .
Broccoli and spinach both have high Iron levels. I can't eat most of my favorite Veggies because I have a blood disease called Polycythemia. Also Brussel Sprouts. Pretty much all greens.
My ex husband has hemochromatosis…high levels of iron in his body so he has to give blood all the time but he still eats meat and red wine which he isn’t supposed to.llbut he’s my ex so do I worry 😂 I’d be so sad if I couldn’t eat those veggies because I don’t eat much meat,
Looks awesome but it’s sure not low in calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium!😅 I probably won’t make it for me because I’m to lazy to do enough exercises to burn it off, but it is something I would bring to a get together. If someone makes it and is willing to take the time to share your thoughts that would be fabulous!
Spinach is good for you but your not suppose to eat it to much be ause it starts to block other nutrients from other stuff I think and I think it's like 1 cup raw spinach a day is all you should eat
Eating too much spinach interferes with the absorption of some neutrons and too much broccoli affects the thyroid just saying everything good can also be bad. Everything in moderation I guess.

Just wanted to let you know that I just made this! And I'm glad I did! Its Delicious! Thank you!
Wouldn't the salt and pepper have to be added hefore stirring instead of just putting it on top?
I love how the dog is sitting there so patiently waiting for a morsel to fall on the floor. Lol❤️
