This a great level 2 workout! I have been following all your workouts of strength training. Please add some more intermediate and advanced workouts for upper body back focused.
I am doing strength training weekly twice using 4kg dumbbells.... But i cud see that my clothes are becoming tight in the hands area....Am I doing anything wrong? Please help
