I love taking plants down low with a pair of secateurs. It seems a satisfying job to do. I'm glad that Jerry has gone with his owners and wasn't left behind. He was a lovely cat.
Aw, it is such a rewarding job, isn't it Wendy? Thank you so much for watching as always. Us too! He was such a pleasure to have as our gardening buddy and him not being here has left a huge hole. Hopefully, he has an even bigger garden now to play in. He was so sweet 🐈 and loved getting into our videos. Hope you are having a lovely, peaceful weekend Wendy from us xx
I have this in my garden ..I moved it last year as it was in too much shade so its smaller than it should be , so pleased to see you pruning it back as I have just done ..Great to have you both back for spring ❤🎉
I'm so glad that you grow this lovely shrub, we love it. It's great to be back in the garden filming after the winter break. We have missed it so much. Hope you are well Wendy ❤🌱
Yes, we prune when we see the new growth emerging in the spring. It's best to prune in spring unless you live in a warmer part of the country as Pruning in winter can make the plant susceptible to frost damage.
❤❤❤ thank you for showing us how you prune
You're very welcome 🙏💚

Are you pruning in April? And if necessary may I prune it in December?
