As I always say, I don't blame people in power for turning into power-hungry sociopaths. I blame the disgusting system. People in power are often groomed for their positions. By the time they reach power, they're very unlikely to speak out against the status quo, although they know there's nothing good about it. The system needs to change. People are people, and won't ever change.

Somewhat surprised at the lack of Animal Farm references in this, since Aes is clearly no stranger to George Orwell - since he's referenced Orwell and 1984 numerously.
