All my Hoya are outside. I live in California. It gets VERY hot and dry, about 110 degrees in the summer and as low as 35 degrees at night in the winter. I have them in the shade, water relatively often and pray. Lots of praying to the Hoya gods. Some Hoya are HUGE…. And some just starting. I have three inside… rotundiflora, obovata (also another one outside) curtsii (another one outside). Love them all- except lacunosa, with which the Hoya gods mock me :) Love from California.
Your tour flows so smoothly. I can not imagine knowing all the hoya names so smoothly as you present them. Really have enjoyed your tours. And all your gorgeous hoyas. The combo pots are really lovely. I am going to do that. Great way to make room for more. LOL Thanks for sharing this. I always enjoy your videos.
Miro I am so excited to see more. I have 83 different species of Hoya but some I have many duplicates. Definitely a Hoya Addict!! And I will gladly take all you don’t like. Enjoy your collection every time you post!!! ❤❤❤
First, let me say thank you. Your collection is wonderful and so large. I only have 5at this time but plan to get some more. Until I do , I will just have to enjoy yours.
My tap water also leaves terrible stains. So I spray the leaves with RO water after the shower. It doesn't even have to be thorough, but it helps immensely against the limescale stains.
I might try that though I hate the idea of using RO water for that 🙈 It takes so long to filter and uses so much water too. They should just improve our tap water because I need clean leaves 😂
You have such a great collection.🤩. I have 3 types of hoya sp north vietnam, and i love them all. Nr 10 is the best. Its very easy to grow, with beautiful leaves. .....all 3 of them came to me planted in stone wool, with root rot, mealybugs and mites.....
Depends on what kind of scent you like. Something like lockii will have chocolaty scent. There are hoyas that smell more like vanilla, some smell like citrus (most finlaysonii). One of my favorites, H. exilis smells like propolis and honey :)
Thank you for more of the tour! I wanted to ask you, with all the blooms you get, have you ever tried pollinating them? Cross? Ever grow hoya from seed? 💚😎💚
I tried only once, but I gave up quickly. You will be getting about 20 seeds from a pod, and I don't have space to grow those out. My caudata had a seedpod but I didn't do a good job taking care of the seedlings.
@@BasiePlants you make great points. I’m going to get better at care(your so helpful) I’m going to give it a try to see if I can make it thru- I’d be fascinated to see the variations that come with cross pollination. One day 😎😉
Nicely done...! Quick question: do you run your tent grow lights at night to regulate the heat, or is there some other reason. Just finishing the setup on my MarsHydro today. Thanks, Miro
I run them at night because this is an old house and I have lights outside of the tents + there is dishwasher, fridge, washing machine… so it is easy for the fuse to blow 😅
You have a lovely collection! I recently subscribed and been watching your hoya contents and I learned a lot. But I also saw a lot hoyas that I won’t probably be able to find in Australia :/
Miro, I love watching your videos and seeing every one of your Hoyas! You are so entertaining and informative:) I had a Hoya Krimson Queen for 14 years before I realized there were so many more to love. In 2019-2021 I collected a bunch and then put myself on a buying ban until a few months ago. I have 164, but also two Siberian Huskies, so they must be arranged high, in a tent or cabinet, or they have their own rooms. They also disagree with the huskies on a comfortable temperature, so the huskies have to deal with a warmer house than they would like. Thank you for sharing and best regards!
They are not in this video. I have 4 different clones of Hoya multiflora - SV406, EPC124, outer variegated and one with mini leaves. I have a spotlight video on Hoya multiflora too. :)
Thank you for Sharing your houseplants lovely Hoya tour ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for posting this series! I am really enjoying it and having fun picking out new Wish List plants! Your collection is incredible!
I am glad to hear that :)
One of the leaves is burnt but... Such is life! You're a genius, Miro! I'm dying! 😂😂
I love your videos! I could just listen to you talk 😂
Your Hoya knowledge amazes me. Thanks for the tour.
You crack me up every Sunday, I should always know not to drink coffee while watching you.
Sorry! :D and I was not even trying to be funny in this one xD
@@BasiePlants every single time
you really said, “but wait there’s more” and we all love you for it!!

Thank you ❤ Love to see and hear about your Hoyas 💚🌱🌱🌱
I am loving the tour, and definitely want to see every one! That mitrata gives me the vapors!
Love watching these videos. They really help in deciding which Hoya to get since it is impossible to collect all of them. You are the best!
A few minutes back, came to your channel to see if you have uploaded a new video or not, and finally got the notification 😅😅☘️🌷🌷
You sensed the new video :D
Your collection is AMAZING, and I love your community pots❤😊❤
Thank you for sharing 🎉

you can open a hoya museum and sell tickets for visit.
Another great tour Miro. Thank you. My Hoya Obovta Splash gave me a weird misshaped leaf just as your did.
Mine too!
❤
Love, love seeing all of your Hoyas!! Will you also do a philodendron tour?!
You have amazing plants!!! I love flower scents, which Hoyas in your experience would you recommend for fragrance?

@@BasiePlants Thanks very much, I love citrus scent!!! But the smell of Hoya exilis sounds very interesting :D

Wow! 🤩That dischidia sp. (blue flower) is so gorgeous!! What’s your condition? I had mine for 2 yrs. anf haven’t done anything lol!
I liked both tours. I'm sorry you don't like the callistophylla (that and globulosa are two of my faves) 😉🤩🌿
I just ordered a callistophylla, I can’t wait! 🎉
Bonjour, j’aimerais connaître le type de led que vous utilisez? Merci. Vos d’idées sont très intéressantes.
all combos well done!🤝even if I don't like different hoya in one pot...
thanks for the video!🥰
I also didn't like to combine them, but I sort of like some of them now. Not all though, I think a better job can be done here :D
no, it looks great@@BasiePlants

Do you have hoya camphorifolia? Struggling to find much info on it. Just want to know how much water it would like? It comes from the Philippines.
Says seriously: “I honestly don’t really understand why this cultivar is in circulation.” 😂😂😂
"we're getting dangerously close, i ordered 2 more hoyas today" sounds like my life lol
When I say 2, I actually mean 3 xD
You’re so funny.

What are the two newest hoyas you ordered?
They will be in a haul! :D It's a secret :D
Do you have a hoya panchoi ?
Unbelievable 😱
😂 Yet somehow true.
Why the heck are your videos not showing up in my feed?!
Hoya multiflora you dont have yet
They are not in this video. I have 4 different clones of Hoya multiflora - SV406, EPC124, outer variegated and one with mini leaves. I have a spotlight video on Hoya multiflora too. :)
There is something wrong with this plant… she could look better. Couldn't we all? Let's move on. 😂 so true!
You are a pronunciation wizard! Please say the names a bit slower so my brain can keep up. Your hoyas are beautiful.
