I would say it has to do with the Tuner! I’ve got a 850 outlander xmr and it did the same misfire thing on the dual RJWC, went and got it tuned and problem was solved. Build turned out great!

Normally when u get a pipe and it’s running rough it’s always a good idea to put a tune on it due to the new exhaust to intake ratio
