Hi Taylor. The last time I was in The Champagne region I toured The Veuve Clicquot cellars and it was very interesting and a beautiful tour and loved the Champagne. It’s my favorite. I tried to tour Moët but they had closed for some renovations. I almost cried. Lol. Next trip I’ll go. I’m enjoying you videos because I feel your bring me with you. Ha. But wish I could taste the food. ❤

The hotel’s name is pronounced Sah-SEE, and the city is pronounced Rahns (despite the fact that it ends in an m). It looks like you had a lovely weekend.
If you want to meet people who know champagne and work in champagne, you should go see the small champagne houses rather than the big houses whose people who tell you about champagne and the vineyard have never worked in them.
