Makes it very easy to find buildings that have specific things like restaurant booths or things that you can harvest with the stone axe to get pipes, etc).

8:13 Some thrilling 1.0 gameplay right there... Spamming the attack button while standing still for about 15 seconds to kill a single zombie. Because, you know, that's a good way to do difficulty in a game. 😑 It's sad because I used to enjoy Infested Clear quests in the previous alpha, enjoying the challenge of larger fights and getting some extra rewards and Xp for the trouble. Now though? Fighting zombies is just a troubling time sink.
if the baton setup is unchanged, at full setup, it has insta kill for 10% + high decap chance so it would be much much better later, plus when you get stun repulser mod it just makes you invincible because no zombie can get to you
It is surprising how easy it is to get legendary parts if you search clothing racks or piles of clothes on the floor. Doubly so if you have around 4 points in lucky looter and search a Tier 3 savage country out in a desert biome. Went in one and came out with 5 legendary parts and a ton of armor pieces. ^^

Yeh, I've found the issue with the members list i was using, for some reason it was filtered to only be the adventurer tier. I have fixed that now and you should find your name in the silver section of episode 8 when its out.
Killing that fat zombie at the end of tier two was long enough YT decided to run in ad in the middle. It was like the wreck scene in Talladega Nights where the run the Applebee's commercial in the middle. 🤣

Now that i see it as a consistent thing across multiple creators playthroughs, im starting to think TFP made it that way on purpose so you dont have the old problem of a Trader sending you 4km to the nearest tier appropriate POI lol
You talk about wanting to test out the new update rewards, and then specifically decide not to take the minibike because of how it worked in the previous update... Solid logic.
Coming from someone who really enjoys Iz’s videos I wholeheartedly agree. It’s also incredibly frustrating listening to him complaining about the quests when he is intentionally ignoring the direct instructions given on each quest.

in general you need to craft better everything , loot pops up tier1 guns and armour but will provide better as you level , but less likley to find a thing you just crafted,
Theres like almost no point in chopping stunps for honey it's such a low chance. You can spend half a day just looking for stumps to chop and maybe walk away with one jar of honey. Its supposed to be an early game way of treating infection but its so time consuming its more of a detriment and you have to just pray you get something from loot or a reward..
I love your advice prebuilt but I have to disagree on you assessment of how most players get steel. I always do vending machines, passively, when I see them I wrench them. Then when I need them I have them. I only bother with streetlights if I don’t have enough from passively gathering. That being said I also don’t speed through like you do. So my method that takes longer works for me.
I might go back to Alpha 21, I've put like 12 hours into 1.0 and I'm very underwhelmed so far and just find the game more annoying overall. It feels like a downgrade from Alpha 21.
So they did ruin trader progression by linking their quest progression. Yep, no reason to explore the world once you find a decent sized town in your biome of choice. Just level your local trader and once you have a Gyrocopter you can fly to the other traders and get the challenge rewards.
So disappointed in this update yet again. This used to be the only game i played for awhile i loved it so much, but the antifun pimps have lost their way and it really is sad to see.

Also, how dare you ask the devs to play test their own game!? What, do you think these poor guys have time to do that?! That isn't their job, its not even written in their contract! Honestly, the nerve of some people...
In my experience, unless you need quick cash to buy an item before restock, keeping the armor parts you find and scrapping them into parts is better. Get $250 for armor vs. pay $450 for armor parts later.

Also, you dont have to wait a day for the next tier quests to show up.
Man such a good point about the mini bike bundle... my dumbass was all excited to see that and picked it, only to realize I still can't make it haha... noob...
Enjoying the videos!
8:13 Some thrilling 1.0 gameplay right there... Spamming the attack button while standing still for about 15 seconds to kill a single zombie. Because, you know, that's a good way to do difficulty in a game. 😑
It's sad because I used to enjoy Infested Clear quests in the previous alpha, enjoying the challenge of larger fights and getting some extra rewards and Xp for the trouble. Now though? Fighting zombies is just a troubling time sink.
3 right-clickers and 15 regular attacks to kill the big boy with the tier one zapper stick.
Best not use that on a horde night.
if the baton setup is unchanged, at full setup, it has insta kill for 10% + high decap chance so it would be much much better later, plus when you get stun repulser mod it just makes you invincible because no zombie can get to you
Bold of you to assume i'm gonna bother my ass to kill anything on horde night.
@@IzPrebuilt I did day 14 horde and killed 10. lol
@@IzPrebuiltJust use a shit ton of pipe bombs like a real G
It is surprising how easy it is to get legendary parts if you search clothing racks or piles of clothes on the floor. Doubly so if you have around 4 points in lucky looter and search a Tier 3 savage country out in a desert biome. Went in one and came out with 5 legendary parts and a ton of armor pieces. ^^
Hi i played alot of mods in the last few months and now try to play the normal a bit again, but how do u get so much Forge ahead books i rly struggle there !
put a point into workbenches in intellect tab
Are we gonna have to start over when the stable version come out? Rekt about drove me nuts with his bull
PRO TIP: pressing “w” and “d” together, you walk SIGNIFICANTLY faster as opposed to regular walking.
This was not the case in the past versions. (Also beware this is not the case whilst sprinting[which could be used to navigate faster whilst rebuilding stamina]). 🎉
PS: You’re welcome reader :)
0:25 its unclear cus challenges have actual tips and quest in them. For example u need specifically to get steel from vendings but tip from elsewhere u can find it wont hurt doesnt it?
I used a level one iron shovel to do the harvest cobblestone. Spent over an hour not understanding why it wasnt working. Then I noticed it had to be a stone shovel. So weird.
Brother it’s as easy as reading. Try hating on things that are actually crap about the update instead of choosing to ignore the instructions and hating on it for the few things it’s done decently.
@@TheGiantDwarf94 First of all I am not a dude, second of all dont assume i am hating on something. I like the challenges. I was remarking on myself, not the game.
@@kizara7144 lol it was a general term, not a remark towards whatever gender you are. “So weird” certainly doesn’t make sense when you say you were remarking about yourself? That’s a comment directly about the feature, not you.
@@TheGiantDwarf94 So weird was that it had to be a specific shovel. Not mad at it, just unexpected. Sure would have helped if I read it more carefully but I didnt do that which was the comment about me taking an hour before i realized it lol
@@kizara7144 okay that makes a lot more sense. Respect for not losing it and arguing, sorry for jumping to conclusions
Yeah I love how they teach everyone the worst way to get everything as you said. I wonder if this is how they play their game and why the updates seem to address things that are not a problem.
Hey!! I have a huge question! I've started 1.0 and after doing the beginner quest with rekt, I went to Trader Jen and have done 20 tier 1 quests but haven't gotten any tier 2. Any help is appreciated!
It's a shame that I didn't make it on to the membership roll 🤔🤨😉not sure what the criteria is, been a member for 9 months...have watched your channel for a long time, way back when your old cantankerous soul was just forming😂
Blame the damn TH-cam member list its extremely annoying to work with. I rework the endscreen every week so I'll make sure to add you on there with the correct time as well, probably on episode 8
Yeh, I've found the issue with the members list i was using, for some reason it was filtered to only be the adventurer tier. I have fixed that now and you should find your name in the silver section of episode 8 when its out.
@@IzPrebuilt After I made the comment I figured I was not in a high enough tier for listing. Thanks for taking the time to sort it out.
Anytime I've gotten honey in any reasonable quantities was after I got a metal axe, though it has been a long time since I last played.
the challenges is now completely reworded
a regular, non feral biker has 650 health roughly. i have a mod installed that enables enemy health bars.
You're having the worst luck when it comes to honey form tree stumps.
Might be wrong but can’t you track the challenges and the game will mark the ones that count?
Tree stumps at pois have double the drop rate for honey. The Honey Farm has six tree stumps in it
These stumps don't count for the challenge progression.
i just figured this out if you track the quest's for resoures you get wall hacks and it shows you where they r
The honey one is hard to finish i am having about as much luck as you are on some of thees challenges.
Mini bike bundle gave me everything but chassis
Pretty sure you have to find the magazine for honey before you can get it from the stumps
no thats for normal trees. It's always a chance in stumps, i find one in either this or the next video
@IzPrebuilt ohh I always that you had to have the magazine first. Thanks for the info
Killing that fat zombie at the end of tier two was long enough YT decided to run in ad in the middle. It was like the wreck scene in Talladega Nights where the run the Applebee's commercial in the middle. 🤣
Perception mod sell price: 200.
Assasin Hood sell price: 124.
Combined sell price: 260.
Seller of the month ❤
I didn't check the prices because i'm used to how it used to work (it was broken and would always be worth combining armor and mods)
See i was think the duplicate traders in my random gen world was a bug.
I think the challenges are specifically designed to make the game more grindy. I don’t plan on going out of my way to complete them.
Not sure if someone else already said that but you need a specific magazine to be able to gather honey from stumps
edit: I'm stupid
No you don't. You need a specific skill book to find honey from trees. You can always find honey in stumps its just a low chance.
@@IzPrebuilt LOL I came back here to actually correct my comment, I figured it myself just a minute ago I had a doubt after typing that from the gym so when I came home and checked that I had it on my last save (without reading it obviously or it would be too easy) and started going crazy after hitting the 20th stump lmfao
my baaad on that 😭
It just works, even if it's not from Bethesda
👏👏👏
I got a region file corruption error and game won’t load. None of the fixes I tried worked so I’m out 25 hours on that game in 1.0.
Good luck ya‘ll
Have you been filing bug reports on all these challenges?
in general you need to craft better everything , loot pops up tier1 guns and armour but will provide better as you level , but less likley to find a thing you just crafted,
Theres like almost no point in chopping stunps for honey it's such a low chance. You can spend half a day just looking for stumps to chop and maybe walk away with one jar of honey. Its supposed to be an early game way of treating infection but its so time consuming its more of a detriment and you have to just pray you get something from loot or a reward..
@@stevdor6146 I have gotten up to 40% while looking once 😅 I call that FunPimps luck.
I would genuinely not be surpirsed if they fucked up the quest rewards like they did during a21.
Do infested clear!
I wish they brought the plains back, rather than that ugly burnt Biome.
The plains were pleasant to be in
I wasn't able to get any honey from stumps until I read the book
That's usually my luck. The random loot Gods hate me. 😂 But once I get one, I seem to have better luck getting more.
The book allows it to drop from trees randomly. Stumps work that way by default.
Someone said you get crucible from a "kill 50 tourists" challenge.
Lockpicking perk is now not that useful.
10:35 yes u had 1 steel with u mate 😏
I’m the same day as you and I can craft guns already
Yes thats what happens when you focus your magazine loot on guns instead of the things im focussing on. I'm an intellect build... I don't *get* a gun
I know this is going to sound crazy but hear me out uve d9ne the mechanical parts challenge you have to wrench office chairs.....
Honey Chopped 50+ stumps wild &poi NO Honey then chopped 3 mature oak trees and got 2 jars ?
algorithm comment
🙂👍
I might go back to Alpha 21, I've put like 12 hours into 1.0 and I'm very underwhelmed so far and just find the game more annoying overall. It feels like a downgrade from Alpha 21.
Jen is 4K away on my world. Even with a bike that’s a shit ride
Health buff is just annoying at this point...
They got rid of the the red furniture, everything looks bland and boring now.
i do find the quests pretty stupid. the stuff they tell you to use to get materials
Why does he sound like a Crack fiend needing a fix when he talks about the challenges
among us
8:20 No, I don't think they have enough health. You are playing on one of the hardest difficulties and it only to you 40 hits to kill him?? Honestly IzPrebuilt, I trusted you and now all you do is complain. It should take 100 hits to kill that type of Zombie, especially with a Stun Batton!
Also, how dare you ask the devs to play test their own game!? What, do you think these poor guys have time to do that?! That isn't their job, its not even written in their contract! Honestly, the nerve of some people...
@@stevdor6146 Nah I counted, saw 73 hits on a Biker and 170 on a Tourist. Fun Pimps need to buff them!
In my experience, unless you need quick cash to buy an item before restock, keeping the armor parts you find and scrapping them into parts is better. Get $250 for armor vs. pay $450 for armor parts later.
So my best friend brought me to the game I play 2 weeks now A 21 and I have 2 questions.
1) wtf do you mean don't take the minibike bundle??? How will I get the minibike? I'm confused.
2) WTF these dudes been doing all these years? or are they like 2 dudes making the game and it has good progression and I'm just clueless?
great video as always bruv
you make a minibike by levelling your Vehicle crafting skill by reading the Vehicle Adventures skill crafting magazine.
There are 60 employees at the fun pimps but it did start as just 2 guys
@@IzPrebuilt thank you for explaining brother. but again don't you need the parts of minibike?
@@liquidbotanorama3786 you craft them out of stuff at a workbench
