An incredible site indeed. That bunker is still in a pretty good condition. So many bunker monuments in France, unbelievable. Thanks for sharing. In the first week of June there will be a lot of memorial events along the Normandic coast, because of the 80th anniversary of the D-day landings...
@@BMCMOTOUK It's free to walk around but to go in the bunker it 4 euro..there's another very cool bigger bunker anf museum a couple of mile away too so good area to see some war stuff.
There are many similar bunkers around my birth town, I used to love playing in them as a child. Now of coarse I realise war comes at a dreadful cost to humanity and is but a selfish game played by the rich for profit. 😥😖 Seeing the tank reminded me of an old biker friend who had the most inept chat up lines, " Hey darlin have you ever been ( taking part in a procreative act) by a Sherman tank driver" or " Do you fancy going halfers on a bar steward" 😂
@@GermanJobbies Sadly Royce passed many years ago, he was a much loved character and his funeral was very well attended. I should really include our antics in some videos but YT wouldn't appreciate it, nor would the fuzzy wuzzies but it was all in good fun 😂
I am not. I am told it is a year from the date of surgery 😢 which means off the bike until next February! Small possibility that I may be able to street ride prior at 10 months 🙏 🤞🏻
@@GermanJobbies oh my bike is fine. This happened off the bike! ACL tear. After the deer accident I sold two of my three bigger bikes. And then upgraded my xt 225 to the xt 250. Will be in that bike for a while. Full time RV so didn’t make sense for me to have two bikes in storage 🤣❤️🤣. My hubby is very understanding (and probably shares my problem 😂)
It's good mate but I am still getting used to it tbh Just need to get on it more. I'm posting an 'off road" vid tomorrow for you to take the piss with 😛🤣🤣
Love all the history, reminds us of what people had to go through so that we can be offended at being addressed by the wrong pronoun ffs. Makes my blood boil mate, really does.

War war bloody war. Good to know our history so maybe we don't make the same mistakes. Doubt it.
We Europeans are usually the main causers lol But yeah we can live in hope that learning is a thing 🫡
