365 Days of Horsemanship: Day 338

I find some stillness with Lawrence after a fascinating session with Rachael Beesley from Equisentient Coaching, and take some time to consider how often I fidget. I spend a few minutes in Lawrence’s shoes breathing through the irritation of the flies and come to understand his stress a little better. Mijas and I flow together and put money in the bank!
