Method 1 - Reinstall Microsoft Store Using PowerShell
Execute these commands -
Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Method 2 -
Link to download PowerShell Script -
go.microsoft.co...
Execute -
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Right click on script and Run with powershell
And if you can't execute it using right-click then open PowerShell inside the downloaded folder.
Execute -

einstall-preinstalledapps.ps1 Microsoft.WindowsStore
OR
.
einstall-preinstalledapps.ps1
above script will re-install all prebuilt apps.
Method 3 -
CMD Commands-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart and execute -
sfc /scannow
Repeat methods 1 and 2.

FIXED...So nothing worked 3 hours later I turned on Windows Defender Firewall, Then do these steps and MAGIC Happens.

I tried everything in this vid and it didnt but i figured it out basically get the xbox app then try to download something it will say that you don't have the ms app downloaded and it gives the option to download it so just press download and your done

This is how it was fixed on my PC!
Use the file download method and then If it doesn't have powershell in the select click more apps and then put this path in it C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\ click on powershell and then click use it everytime then fixed!
