- I'm back and I wanted to talk about the Sacramento Kings trading for DeMar DeRozan last night. I think it was a move the Kings had to make given what was available, and I'm more optimistic about the ways it could work offensively than most, probably. I still have concerns but this was a talent swing the Kings had to take. DeRoz is really good.
I think something no one is talking about is with DeRozan on the roster, there's 4 players who averaged over 5 assists per game last year. How often does that happen?
I think Keegan’s shooting mainly dropped because he was our top defender, guess you’re mentioning that now haha

Keegan better perform this season, if not he should be immediately tradable. Kings didn't get Markkanen because of Keegan.

Ya because Keegan is just plain better. And on a rookie deal. Only 2 years in league
Nah he’s right if Keegan doesn’t take another step forward he should be expandable

Keegan can now focus on being a 3 and D player instead of being both plus a shot creator. I believe that he will shoot 40+ from 3 this year. Klay like.
I'm a Bulls fan and mannnn DeRozan is a weird player. Half the time he looks like prime Jordan, runs the offense like a PG, and makes everyone around him better. Even when shots aren't falling. The other half of the time he forces these iso ball prayers, doesn't feed the hot hand, disrupts the flow of the offense, etc. And that can be while he's hitting shots sometime. There is no rhyme to the reason. He's just as capable of single handedly carrying a win vs. a 1 seed as he is to be completely at fault for getting blown out by some tanking squad.
