Simple and delicious Asian meatballs in clay pot recipe. I will show you how easy it is to make the Asian meatballs by using pork mince and cooked in a Chinese clay pot with Chinese cabbage and rice vermicelli. This is my twist on traditional Chinese pork meatballs with Chinese cabbage called "Lion's Head".
