Back on Our Land in Central Portugal - Slow Living

We had limited time on our off-grid farm and as in the past we had a number of things in mind that we wanted to do. In this video you'll see us pruning the olive trees with a guest appearance from a very friendly local farmer giving us some tips.

Lovely insight into the task you are undertaking. You've done a grand job on the Olives. For brambles, I find sharp secateurs (like Felco) and a pair of glass cutters or other armoured gloves really work well. Keep up the good work!
