Man Beth's death gets me every time. All the development during the season. Her and Daryl' arch. And Maggie so close to reuniting with her. Her reaction to seeing Daryl carrying her sister out is heartbreaking. 😭 RIP Beth. And Fxxx Dawn man!

@@iiLowTech Nah f her. She could have just let Noah go. Her whole setup was corrupt. They injured people, kidnapped ppl, just to essentially enslave them. She let her officers abuse their power.
We we're all shocked with beth's death, but yeah the writers had to which makes me mad too, beth didn't have to die.
Right after this aired on Talking Dead Emily Kinney broke down She was so sad to leave It was heartbreaking The cast is like family I have to say Beth was one of the more difficult deaths for me It was so sudden Loved her and I feel like she had so much more story left definitely had potential right next to Andrea also Remember her words Your Gonna miss me when I’m gone Daryl Dixon.
I remember watching this the night it aired on TV I was so fucking pissed 😡😭 loved Beth
Man I remember when this episode first debut. People were pissed off! Not just because of what happened to Beth, but someone posted a screenshot of Daryl carrying Beth's body out of the hospital on social media...BEFORE the episode premiered. So the Mid Season finale was spoiled. I have no idea how they got it but they did, and everyone was fuming at it.
Also if you're curious as to what Beth meant...I think it had to do with the conversation about the Greater Good. When Dawn said about Noah being back, it meant she was more concerned about her power and ego. Dawn had to go for the greater good, meaning Beth scarified herself so Dawn could be taken out of the picture. That is what I think.

Fun fact,back when the episode was airing, like half a day earlier AMC themselves spoiled Beths death with a twitter literally showing the shot of Daryl carrying Beth's corpse and saying goodbye,im one of the lucky ones that didnt got spoiled and knew of their mistake afterwards,needless to say,it was a pretty stupid mistake from their part,lmfao.

I’ll never not tear up looking at Rick’s face so many emotions Andrew Lincoln is fantastic.
I’ve used termites or cannibals for that Terminus group but personally I usually refer to them as the hunters based on their arc in the comics called Fear The Hunters.
Idk if you guys realized this but Rick said the same things that Gareth said in 5x1. "We can't go back, Bob." In a way, he's just as bad. I mean, not cannibal bad. But like mercilessly bad.
She was the last member of Maggie's family.
People saying "RIP Dawn" for? She was a nasty piece of work. I understand that she needed Noah back but there was no need to gloat and it ultimately cost her and Beth their lives.

beth being killed before she reunites with maggie always reminds me of daryl telling beth that she'll never see maggie again..

Technically, it's not true. She did actually SEE Carol and Rick again 🤷♀️
Norman Reedus said in an interview that before they shot the scene where Beth gets killed he sat in the hallway and cried for an hour and a half He said he did that because he wanted Daryl to look like he was all cried out when he carried Beth out of the hospital.
This is one of those moments in a show that I’ve never quite gotten over, don’t get me wrong there are plenty of heartbreaking deaths in this show and ALOT of shows I watch but just something about being so caught off guard by her death and seeing how in future seasons she actually would have made and AMAZING addition to the future plot lines made her loss just SO. MUCH. HARDER. Beth truly could have had An amazing arc if they kept her around but I’m grateful for the time we got with her character non the less.
Morgan was in a post credit scene in the first episode of this season.

The part where Rick ran down Lamson and killed him is actually pretty similar to a part in the comics where Rick ran down Martinez while he was going off to tell the Governor about the prison. He breaks his back, strangles him to death and leaves him to turn.
I think you missed one after credits in the beginning of the season where it was revealed Morgan was on his way

This was one of the saddest episodes for me ever because throughout Season 5 I began to feel like Beth was a bad ass inside and she was gonna break out and be that bad ass for a long time and then boom over just like that I was so pissed that she was killed.

Although Beth's death was easily in the S Tier of TWD, it was a completely unnecessary and pointless death. What's the point of killing the protagonist of an arc that had just started?

@@paulssss5463Because her death scene is one of the best written scenes in the series. The performances are incredible and the soundtrack is one of the best. That's what makes it worth it, her death is pointless and unnecessary, but it's well done, that's what's worth it in the end.
@@PigossiWhisky16 Good performances doesn't mean shit when it makes no sense narratively and the arc was a complete waste of time. It absolutely was NOT well written.
The Grady Memorial Arc is one of the most hated in TWD for good reason. Pointless meandering topped off with a pointless death.

This is the kind of episode that makes you appreciate the character interactions even in the lesser exciting episodes as Still I miss Beth’s character on the show a lot of characters get taken out just as they come in to their own And that was the tragedy of this one She grew confidence had all her friends behind her and then she was gone The episode before Rick told Carl that you always have to be alert as one second and it’s all over.

I've always thought that it would've made more sense if Carol had spent a bit more time at the hospital and talked with Beth... learned how Beth used people's low expectations of her to her advantage.
Also, in a kind od what of deviation, I'm sure that if the group hadn't orchestrated the trade at that moment, Carol and Beth would've figured out a way to escape.
Like beth wasn't just amazing she was something that grew on folks and the fact after we was going to get her back this happens 😭😭😭😭 may beth rest in piece 🥺🥺🥺🥺 she really didn't deserve that death
I will say this tho im sure some of those people at the hospital was happy she was killed but then again idk hoe they feel cause well i mean she killed beth and well we was just all too stunned to know how they feel but we know everything in the group was in pain
Now we got Morgan finding rick he getting close oh i cant wait for him to see him again but i will say Morgan got a long walk ahead and driving if he finds a good car to drive but its still crazy to see him traveling so light tho in an apocalypse thats a good thing make sure u have some weapons food water ammo and wtc that will help u out throughout ur journey and find stuff along the way ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Its so hard to watch cuz they give you a peek at her personality so you like her then they kill them off. Poor actors on here get fired the day on the set, the boss just tells them this is your death scene day, all because they don't want spoilers out. Thats someones career and life. Beth is a professional singer in real life. I met her at the Atlanta walker stalker con. Very sweet.
