  • This new format PMP Exam 2021 Situational Question Practice Set as per the new format of the PMP Exam in 2021 provides you with the right capability and skill to handle difficult PMP exam questions and answers which are situational, or scenario based. In this video, I solve a couple of PMP certification exam situational questions using the framework that I have discussed in this video:
HOW TO ANSWER SITUATIONAL QUESTIONS IN PMP EXAM: • How to solve situation...
Also, I introduce here, my recently published 275-Q mock exam simulator on Udemy which is specially designed to improve your ability to solve situational questions in the PMP exam.

    |The new format of the PMP Exam - 2021 is still based on PMBOK Ed. 6 + Agile Practice Guide |
This set of 275 Q’s is designed as per the new format of the PMP exam (2021) which has become effective from 2nd Jan 2021 (50% Agile and 50% Predictive/Hybrid). Situational and scenario-based questions will form the core of the PMP certification exam. About 60-70% of the total number of questions in the PMP exam will be situational questions, even in its new avatar. Hence, it is very important that you develop your skill of solving these type of questions in the context of the revised syllabus of the PMP Exam. This question bank (275-Q) is very carefully designed by me to help you achieve that expertise in solving situational and scenario-based questions as per the new syllabus of the PMP exam. 60-70% of the questions in this simulator are situational type...exactly the same as you would experience in your actual PMP exam. The rest 30-40% covers the other important areas of the new PMP exam such as Servant Leadership, Personality Indicators, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Disciplined Agile, Measurement of Training Outcomes, Project Compliance etc.
Following are the top features of this question bank:
PMP New Format (2021) Full Length Practice Test - 4hrs, 200 Questions
PMP New Format (2021) Bonus Practice Set - 1.5hrs, 75 Questions
Practice tricky situational/scenario-based questions of varied difficulty levels as per the PMP New Syllabus (2021)
New syllabus topics covered: Servant Leadership, Personality Indicators, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Disciplined Agile, Measurement of Training Outcomes, Project Compliance etc.
People (42%), Process (50%), Business Environment (8%) - Questions as per new domain distribution
50% Questions on Agile Methodology | 50 % Questions on Predictive/Hybrid Methodology - just like the new pattern of the exam
Detailed explanations for ALL questions with linkages to new Examination Content Outline (ECO)
Numerical problems on CPM, EVM, Decision Trees, TCPI, Communication Channels etc.
60-70% of the questions are SITUATIONAL/SCENARIO based!
Timed simulation to provide you the actual feel of the PMP exam
How to make the best use of this simulator - ANALYSIS is the KEY:
The pass score for this simulator is 85%. But you need to know that you should not get demotivated if you score less. DO NOT take the score of this simulator as a representation of your actual PMP exam. Instead, take it as an opportunity to understand your knowledge gap and work on your weak areas. I would suggest that after this 4-hour simulation, you should spend at least 12 hours analyzing each & every question. If you have got a question wrong, check the following things:
In which domain I am making the most mistakes?
Did I answer a question incorrectly because I did not know the concept or the application of the concept?
Are there any repeat mistakes I am making?
If a question took greater than 5 mins to solve, was there a way to solve it faster?
Am I making any careless mistakes?
Is there a common trend of incorrect answers? Eg. Am I getting more situational type questions wrong?
All the best for your PMP exam in 2021 and I hope you find this simulation useful :)

I am happy to announce that I have cleared my PMP exam. My suggestions to all PMP aspirants that 1) ITTO is important to understand 2) Understand the PMP concepts as that only helps you to get the right answer. 3) I followed PMPwithRay's mock exam strategy i.e. to maintain an error log and work on your weakness. 4) Depends on time use your resources like if you have plenty of time and your aim is to gain knowledge the go with book reading or if you aim at clearing exams in a short span that use video series to learn the concepts. 5) PMP is not easy but it's not that difficult too so don't be too afraid of it. 6) Make a study plan and stick to it. 7) Time management is key to the PMP exam.

Hello Kiran, 74% is a good score, but you need to ensure that you analyze the answers & explanations very thoroughly to get the learning points. Redo the mock again and see if you can score a 100%. How well you perform in the PMP exam is not dependent on how you score in mocks but how good you are in anaylzing your mocks to develop your error logs from it. A simple coupon consisting of 4 digits will benefit you more as mobile phone users could enroll faster without having to go to their PCs to be able to copy/paste coupon. 🌹

Hi Ahmad, I appreciate your input. But the coupon is generated by Udemy and I cannot edit it from my side. Apologies for the inconvenience...
