i experimented the best /crispier litson kawali in 3 different ways. After boiling 3pcs of 1kg each it for 45min. the first one, I airdry it overnight, the other freeze it over night, the other one dehydrate it as turbo or airfry for 45min. The next day I fried them together , the one with the crisper skin is the one dried in airfier. Ang unang 2 masyadong matalsik.The secret is dapat dry ang skin. Mas healthier kapag after mo I airdry buhusan lang ng boiling oil without actually cooking it as kawali. Viola crispier LITSON KAWALI!

I notice that every time you do your garlic, you smashed it with your bare hands, I know it doesn’t bother you because you are still strong & young but soon , when you get older it MAY cause you some problem …. I have a friend who also enjoyed cooking & doing the same thing as you were doing…. He developed a lump in that part of your hands wc you use for smashing the garlic…. Just sharing some knowledge for you to avoid, wag naman sanang mangyari sa iyo because you are a very good person.
