I really like this combo. With help from the discord and observing a few of Chris’s laps I entered my lower split race with a good plan. I did not anticipate an earnhart driving through me midway through a turn (and I wasn’t even going slow). But I was gentle enough on tires and repaired over 5 minutes of optional under yellow and did a clean pass back on him right at the end. Not fun, but I’m excited to try again this weekend.
Great run, really tough to run these around here but one of my favorite combos. Good you got that spot at the end from the guy who was in that wreck. Unfortunate for Mark there
You are right Shane once spun on the frontstretch here out of turn 4, from the lead. Only reason I remember is because I was right behind him and went on to win

This week is not for impatient people. I'm not on the gas out of two until the traffic light crosses the A pillar. I've seen sparks from the splitter into one if I'm too hard / late on the brakes. Rear chase view makes it look like front springs are collapsed.
I didn't get much practice in but know you can kill the tires here, at the beginning I was kinda just riding I burned up at some point but started coming back in the same run, there at the end with like 10 to go so I was driving pretty hard I wanted to finish where I was at, I didn't want to let alayton by and seemed like they was faster, I wasn't gonna wreck over it though, if I finish higher than my number I'm happy lol, I was the 10 car and got p5, also idk but that's not the paint I was running either, I've ran a custom #77 on there since it came out, don't even remember using that scheme as a sim stamp
To drive the way you like to here, brake at the start of the black groove into 1. Then the beginning of the blue moog on the wall entering 3 = decent speed and tar save.
This one hurts. 2 tires was just so different in the breaking zone that I immediately regretted taking 2. Wish I had practiced how that raced. Will know better for when I do another race or two later this week
And what days and times are you planning to race this again? Asking for a friend, I think he will be busy during those times and have to race different time slots😂

I got punted on exit of turn 4 on lap 2 in the only public race I tried. Was bummed because I can save tires here and love this combo.

I took two tires here...but with only 4 to go. Don't think I'd like dealing with that for 30 laps.

Car bottoms out into 1 when you hit the brakes correctly. 💥
Took gas just in case. Then took 2 during the final pit stops. A bit squirelly, but nothing terrible
