I am kinda happy that i had success. It was a challenge for me to show i am way better."
Except in this case. It's more like 2 equal fighters with one who has better knowledge than the other. All this game comes down to is practice and knowledge which I teach the latter in my videos.
So you stop analyzing in-game matchups until the point you're now in Platinum and you get constantly outplayed because you didn't learn to analyze matches from Iron :)
@@jacekwaasiewicz716 Won't you be tilted if you play against a Challenger being iron or watching your top being literally smashed in all ways against someone who supposedly is as good/bad as you cause you're ranking in Iron. Smurfs should not be allowed and more for those "creators" that want to get easy visits with those videos. I mean, having 2 accounts isn't a bad thing if you play in your level, being main mid in you Challenger account and main jg in another in platinum
Not trying to be rude or anything but.. iron is where most of the new players are trying to learn the game, do you think stomping them will help them enjoy the game? Personally i think smurf accounts should be banned. i compare this to an adult beating up a kid... it doens't make you look strongh
Smurf accounts exist in every game, had ever existed and will always exist. They are an essential part of the game because they fill a purpose, learning something new or trying something out. If you are a Diamond ADC main and you decide you want to learn how to play top, you can't try it for the first time in Diamond elo. You would be greefing your teammates. At the same time, if you are a Diamind mid laner and you hear full ap Nautilus mid is broken, you won't try it in your elo. That would be greefing. At the same If you're challenger in EUW and you move to Korea, you will create a new account and that account it's still a smurf account. What are you going to do? Ban a player because he moved out of his country but he doesn't want to spend like 10 dollars to transfer his account? It's not the players fault that RIOT doesn't have a proper system to detect when a person is or isn't in the correct elo.

I don't necessarily mind smurfs. Yeah, they're frustrating but if I have a smurf in my game, I accept the loss, try to learn some things and move on. I understand not everyone is like this, and I understand the tilt some people get when it comes to smurfs. The thing that's really annoying about this smurf, is the way he's 'teaching'. Yeah, he gives some insight on builds, but it'd be a bit more appreciated if he explained more why he's doing certain things IE. Why he's going all-in vs. not going all-in during a certain situation. Most of his teaching is "Don't suck and you'll get out of Iron/Bronze." Maybe explain what an enemy is doing right/wrong in a situation, and how you would have handled it. If a teammate makes a mistake, let them know in an obviously respectful way. This could be a great Iron to Diamond series. But going "These players are bad" makes you look silly when you're a fucking Challenger player in literally the lowest rank of the game.
If you’re really wanting this teaching your talking about, I regularly watch Pekin Woof. He’s a very skilled challenger and he explains all these things you’ve mentioned in your comments. He also coaches/teaches lessons to lower Elo players. I recommend him for sure.
To add to that, when he does smurf, he does it to educate and explain what the opponent is doing wrong and why he’s able to take advantage/punish/trade so well. Seriously I’d look into it, his vids have definitely improved my gameplay, not this smurf “ur shit at this game”.
@Jay Sea regarding fogged going nashors>ER... fogged goes stinger - warhammer - nashors - ER, unless he has enough gold to buy ER outright. The buying path is cheaper for nashors and he's trying to gain max CDR as quickly as possible. Great videos man keep up the good work!
Fogged probably doesn't answer Jay on why he buys those in that order cause he gets asked it like a million times. I remember one of his videos he almost lost his cool answering it for probably the 1000th time in a sitting lmao.
Also getting that little bit of AP from the fiendish codex has saved his life a few times, with the slightly better Q heal. 900 Gold for 10% CDR and 35 AP is a pretty good bargain.
@Al Bundy I don't know about you, but I'd also get pretty annoyed of giving a lengthy answer to a question and then have the exact question asked again a minute later. But you do you.
"these are the kind of opponents you are facing you should not be hard stuck" ever think maybe they are the team mates people are getting? Also it's Iron, maybe merc treads were his recommended, I don't expect all irons to know what to build in situations
you cant blame your teamates if you are stuck cause of a few bad games tanked your mmr then you need to play more games otherwise if you are stuck in an elo hell its cause you are not good enough to climb out even a good diamond player can climb back up in a few days everyone gets shit teammates either duo or get better
jay sea got the same team mates.. won game we already know about the 10000's of "unranked to challenger " "bronze to challenger" series. stop trying to push your false propaganda gooder players climb and don't come to me with an argument of "ah i'm hard stuck silver 1, but I know I'm gold 4-3 level, so I should be gold 4" silver 1 and gold 3 are the same shit.. it's not that big of a difference a true silver player level cannot be stuck in iron, can an iron 3 player be stuck in iron 4? sure... but there's little to no difference between a iron 3 and iron
Fogged already answered why he goes Nashors first. For a multiple of reasons. You sustain longer and better in lane. He said the adaptive force you get from runes are better in being AP early on than AD. It's 200 gold cheaper and at that point in the game, the stats you get are more efficient for the price you pay. Essence reaver increases your spin dmg by 130% of 65 which is 84.5 while Nashor's tooth increases it by 100% of 80 which is 80. But in return, Nashor's passive increases your auto attack dmg by 15 + (15% AP) which is 27 extra magic dmg per auto. That plus the attack speed you get from Nashor's tooth is way better early on with your Lethal Tempo. They work harmoniously together to increase the chances of you getting a crit to reduce spin dmg cd since you're attacking more often. Finally, he said he doesn't like to rush Nashor's but prefers to go Stinger into warhammer for a cheaper 20% cdr. Mainly for his ult cd. And then he goes Nashors and then Essence
Okay that is quite a clear explaination. Thank you. I feel the extra crit and raw AD you get through ER will net you higher DPS through your auto attacks, gives you more spins with lethal temp and stinger attack speed. While also still getting early CDR with Stinger before ER. But I suppose its up for debate
Hehe, I write a lot... I know xD I can see where you're coming from though, and I thought that as well. But for some reason, I always feel like I do better in lane with Nashor's first. But I don't really play top often. I'm more of a Jungle main. I just play Trynda top when I get auto filled. But hey, you're the Challenger. I'm just a lowly D III pleb.
Fogged said he doesn't like going Guinsoo's because that's more of an onhit build. He wants to focus more on spinning and critting. Nashors>Essence>IE gives you 40% CDR, 100% crit (with fury stacked up), 225% crit dmg, 80 AP+ 145 AD. Then he goes Hextech for the extra AD, AP, healing off of spin dmg, and the active 253 + (30%ap) Finally, Deathcap for the ton of AP you get from it. With this build, he can pretty much go into 5, 1 shot the squishies while dealing aoe dmg to those near each other, and then spin out with his ultimate on and then heal up the dmg taken with his Q. Rageblade would heavily reduce his 1 shot potential and be better for if he faced a pretty tanky team Edit: Oh, I forgot he also said that the effects of rageblade didn't help out too much with the spin because due to your runes and items, you already had your spin cd down to about 4 second. And with the 100% crit, you could get off a hit directly with your spin. So now it's reduced to 3 secs. And by the time you've spinned and hit, a second has roughly already passed. 1 more auto and you pretty much have your spin back without Guinsoo's passive ever helping. So basically, youre spin is on a 2 second cd which is already fast enough

dude if this doesnt help you improve your game, i don't know what will. You get to see firsthand how a good player will mirco punish and trade. He explains every move he makes... i found it to be helpful
Fogged goes Caulfield hammer + stinger into nashor's first item so he has super early 30% CDR(because he usually picks approach velocity not cosmic insight),more sustain and even better wave clear + attack speed than tiamat(E will 1 shot the wave tiamat will require to auto more than once) and it might sound a little silly but the magic damage on hit can actually be very good against champions who build lots of armor, especially with lethal tempo.
But having the raw AD itself outweighs the onhit damage. The extra crits also outweighs even further the damage, we get 30%CDR with Stinger and ER and more crits means more spins for even more damage again. All traded for onhit damage and AP  oh and I guess +25% attack speed from stinger into Nashors. But idk it just doesnt add up, you know?
@@JaySea yes that's true the AD version of the build is more powerful for dueling on tryndamere and you really don't lose much early game either, i personally go death's dance instead of gunblade for example, but then again that's tryndamere he's very flexible almost every item works on him lol
Nashors + Essence Reaver + Cosmic Insight gives 45% CDR, more spin damage, onhit crits and waveclear. But the main reason for rushing Nashors is for the healing since lethal tempo isn't the best for helping you win lane so the sustain is nice. Also fogged does not rush Nashors. He rushes Warhammer for the raw AD and CDR and then goes essence Reaver. He loves the attack speed, 35% CDR and raw spin damage powerspike that you get from this build super early into the game.
Jay Sea the keystone just feels awkward and useless at times while old conqueror was good in every situation. That is what I meant. If specifics, I would say short trades and 1v5 potential in late game.
I don't know the exact answer for your question, but I've read from the chat at his stream, that he sometimes says that he buys stinger, then warhammer. Thus, the adaptative force is always on your AD part. Then you get nashor's. You alredy have 35% CRD, with 1 and half items.
@@JaySea so, you say in order to get: stinger, codex, Warhammer, then buy ER? Too much gold without a completed item maybe? Don't know what's more gold efficient
@@JaySea He goes for the cheapest 30% CDR, which is his way. I do find it that AS only item in trynd is kinda wack. But I guess it's a matter of preference. One thing that should be taken into account, is the wave clear. Which one gets 1 shot backlines sooner
@@csgas0 It's a lack of experience and skill. Most, if not all, league players were noobs who have done blunders like this. Don't think you're higher and better because you're good now.
To start off this little rant, I understand the point of the "Iron IV to Diamond" series, and I know it can be beneficial to lower elo players, but it's just kind of disrespectful the way he talks sometimes. Like the multiple times he mentions the Garen getting merc treads (first being at 10:30), the Garen player is just following the recommended item list he/she was given, the Garen isn't trying to troll or disrespect you. Also saying the way Garen is playing is silly is just kind of annoying, he/she is playing probably as hard as he/she can (just inferring since I don't think the Garen was trolling at all, just being new or not fully understanding the potential of Garen). This also really annoyed me: "You guys should be climbing if you're in iron, okay, this is the kind of opponents you are facing" 15:00 It's just kind of unneeded to say this tbh. But you know, you would think that people in iron league would PLAY like iron players (maybe because they are iron players, but you never know). It's the equivalent of you (being a challenger like you say in the title) going against another challenger player. 16:30 "This Tahm Kench doesn't know what Tryndamere does" Then maybe you should tell him in chat since the whole point of this series is to educate and show struggling low-elo players how to climb. I'm not trying to be a hater or anything, but it's kinda concerning that a challenger trying to teach new players can be completely disconnected from how new players think, or even at times toxic to new or noob players. I just recommend that you try to understand that these players are new and/or they don't know what they're doing. And for anyone that feels like calling me low-elo trash, I was first ranked in Bronze 5, then I slowly increased my rank to Gold 3, so I understand how low-elo players feel about being stuck in "elo hell". Even though you are low rank, you can still try to get better at the game and get little results because I was stuck in Bronze 1/Silver 5 for multiple seasons and I strived to get to gold the whole time, and it took me 4-5 years.
Why are you so upset about Jay Sea's comments? There is nothing to be upset about when it comes to facts, his comments aren't controversial just straight up knowledge and experience. Jay Sea just gave basic criticism to these players.
@@screamtheguy6425 Yes you're right, belittling an iron Garen player and then continues to talk about Garen's merc treads as if he was offended by the "disrespect" for the next couple minutes after pointing the item out. Not everything he says is a fact or full of "knowledge and experience", and you're just ignorant if you think that. Shouldn't that basic criticism at least be constructive? Isn't that the point of the series? Smurfs will always be the worst kind of players in every game, I don't care how much they flaunt that they're doing it to teach low elo players. Teaching low elo doesn't require you to smurf, he could've explained replays of a low elo player's game, or even coached a player through a game and then post the recording of it. Don't try to justify him, he is a smurf, period.
But your tought process doesn't matter. You can be thinking what ever the hell you want, but what you do is what matters, and he's talking here about what matters, not ur cute toughts.
Fogged does build nashors first item but he doesnt rush. builds stinger then builds caulfields warhammer. Hes said he does this so his adaptive dmg doesnt change to AP till he gets enough points into E to make use of it and also the big heals from Q in lane are good sustain.
3:20 because Essence can be delayed more by building Shiv and stinger would waste gold value for the gap duration between completed item. Just a theory. A game theory. Thanks for watching.
The problem with people not getting out of iron or bronze is because usally the team that outscales wins because people try to end and keep dieing instead of going for baron or elder they dont understand that baron is really helpful in making final push
@@JaySea also his mechanics are good enough that he can get away without needing tiamat. He clips his auto animations and I'd guess the attack speed combined with CDR allows him to stick to his opponent and right click them to death. The crit chance increase makes Trynd hit hard without building much damage. That's just my takeaway.
With the merc treads he is very likely one of those players who builds the same thing all the time. As far as tooth first- what he does is he build stinger then goes into the war hammer to keep his adaptive force on and then he finishes stinger. I dont know for sure why he does this but I believe it's for the sustain and the wave clear as he doesnt build tiamat with his build. If I remember correctly you one shot back line with tooth hammer and e but cant remember for sure. Btw I played this build today in silver 2 got hard flamed for it while carrying the game hilariously enough. I was actually against a garen. The guy rage quit because I kept killing him and there is literally no way to get away from trynd when he has 45% cdr lol.it works very well as fogged does it you should give it a try and compare contrast it to your normal then decide which is right for you. As far as crits lowering your CD on e is concerned attack speed at 35 fury does as well so maybe he prefers the attack speed earlier for CS reasons and tower pushing not to mention the flat magic damage per hit it gives you. Could be that magic damage degrades during mid game if you swap the order so rushing it gives you the full effect early on as well as the other benefits.
This is all speculation ofcourse. It all could very well just be preference to be honest I almost always prefer tiamat rush on trynd but now that I have tried this and seen how smooth it went I think I might have changed my mind.
Can we see the bruiser Akali top it’s been played in Korea, but I still lost on how it works so well. Keep up the good work jaysea I look forward to watching your videos every night.

Sincerely: Zinc Sakira, the Ashe. "Is ashe gonna come over? Is she crazy enough-" a 9/0 Trynd who can one shot me what do you think?
Would have been more interesting if he just analyzes an iron trynd instead. I think it's an okay video, but his attitude towards your team was subterranean - a total douchebag. One of Garen's most important stats is his tenacity. So of course an iron Garen will buy Mercury Treads if he goes for Recommended Items and wants to upgrade his boots first. Instead of acknowledging that, he interprets this as disrespect.
I'm sure you can climb more ! Keep it up ! Don't lost hope as long as you take fun in playing ! By the way Garen was so cute to follow recommanded item !
I’m assuming cause a completed item is more slot efficient than 3 partial items. While also giving him the on-hit, better heals, and still scaling with his E as well as an early 20% cdr
The CDR from Nylashor's is fairly attractive if you're relying on CDR to lower cooldowns on ult, heal, and spin - Essence Reaver requires one more item to realize all the CDR for the build, I think the difference is your play style on Tryn is far less CDR dependent at that phase, and you still just treat it as a 'nice to have' later on, and stay auto-attack focused and leverage macro plays to best make use of that flavor of champion.
Nashor tooth first its actually not that good, its good for fogged cause he is really good, but going for berzerker and ER is the strongest powerspike in my opinion.

i compare this to an adult beating up a kid... it doens't make you look strongh

16:49 : “I blame lag” *ping 30ms*
@Jay Sea regarding fogged going nashors>ER... fogged goes stinger - warhammer - nashors - ER, unless he has enough gold to buy ER outright. The buying path is cheaper for nashors and he's trying to gain max CDR as quickly as possible. Great videos man keep up the good work!
Fogged probably doesn't answer Jay on why he buys those in that order cause he gets asked it like a million times. I remember one of his videos he almost lost his cool answering it for probably the 1000th time in a sitting lmao.
Also I think fogged explained that he wanted to get the cheaper items first for their 'mini power spikes'. More spikes more often to snowball faster.
Also getting that little bit of AP from the fiendish codex has saved his life a few times, with the slightly better Q heal. 900 Gold for 10% CDR and 35 AP is a pretty good bargain.
the reason fogged went stinger to warhammer to nashor is too get as much AD he could before going AP. Early Nashor gives less dmg than AD.

+marden imagine being iron and blaming ur teammates 💀💀💀
I know xD
I can see where you're coming from though, and I thought that as well.

Then he goes Hextech for the extra AD, AP, healing off of spin dmg, and the active 253 + (30%ap)
Finally, Deathcap for the ton of AP you get from it.
With this build, he can pretty much go into 5, 1 shot the squishies while dealing aoe dmg to those near each other, and then spin out with his ultimate on and then heal up the dmg taken with his Q.
Rageblade would heavily reduce his 1 shot potential and be better for if he faced a pretty tanky team
Edit:
Oh, I forgot he also said that the effects of rageblade didn't help out too much with the spin because due to your runes and items, you already had your spin cd down to about 4 second.

I think nashor for the cdr if he uses ult before, the enemy wont expect the ult again like the match up he had against irelia
Garen: I GOT SMURF!!!!!!!
Enemy team: Here we go again......
I like how he doesn't underestiamte his enemies and still tries to play the game like he's facing off with players in his rank
Darius- show us how to dunk Jay Sempai
Nashors + Essence Reaver + Cosmic Insight gives 45% CDR, more spin damage, onhit crits and waveclear. But the main reason for rushing Nashors is for the healing since lethal tempo isn't the best for helping you win lane so the sustain is nice. Also fogged does not rush Nashors. He rushes Warhammer for the raw AD and CDR and then goes essence Reaver. He loves the attack speed, 35% CDR and raw spin damage powerspike that you get from this build super early into the game.
Lethal Tempo is amazing for lane early game compared to conqueror including the old one. Just want to correct that part
Q heal with codex is pretty adictive too
Asking why Nashors gets completed first over ER thats the question I was asking
@@JaySea so, you say in order to get: stinger, codex, Warhammer, then buy ER? Too much gold without a completed item maybe? Don't know what's more gold efficient

Saying someone is trolling doesn’t just mean they are trying to throw the game or grief
Just get good at the game LOL
Imagine blamimg lag for missing an ability when you are under 30ms.
I can’t cuz I don’t know what 30ms feels like

To answer your question about why fogged rushes nashor's: I'd guess it's because he doesn't go tiamat so the ap helps with clearing using e.
That could be it aye
@@JaySea also his mechanics are good enough that he can get away without needing tiamat. As far as tooth first- what he does is he build stinger then goes into the war hammer to keep his adaptive force on and then he finishes stinger. If I remember correctly you one shot back line with tooth hammer and e but cant remember for sure.

I’m assuming cause a completed item is more slot efficient than 3 partial items. While also giving him the on-hit, better heals, and still scaling with his E as well as an early 20% cdr
I think that could be it, though ER is only 200g more than Nashors having 1 completed if you can afford makes sense
this is ban worthy material.
love when my man JaySea says dunzo
the other team must be like "REPORT GAREN!"
sad
The CDR from Nylashor's is fairly attractive if you're relying on CDR to lower cooldowns on ult, heal, and spin - Essence Reaver requires one more item to realize all the CDR for the build, I think the difference is your play style on Tryn is far less CDR dependent at that phase, and you still just treat it as a 'nice to have' later on, and stay auto-attack focused and leverage macro plays to best make use of that flavor of champion.
Iron and bronze is filled with smurf nowadays. Hard to climb
Nashor tooth first its actually not that good, its good for fogged cause he is really good, but going for berzerker and ER is the strongest powerspike in my opinion.
don't worry about clickbait or such bro, I see others do it way worse, you actually deliver. And in the end, u got to do what u can to help the channel grow^^
Agreed, as long as it stays in check. People let it get way out of hand really quickly most of the time. I dont want another "WATCH THIS CHALLENGER #1 BEST RENGAR EVER OP BUILD HARD CARRY IN IRON 4 WITH DOUBLE PENTA" Channel please >.
@@xXBenutzer235Xx lol you are right but i prefer chrome cause its way faster
Absolutely love the RS music at the end, brings me back to my childhood
I lost it. I looked up at my gf geeekin "THIS SONG IS LIKE A PORTAL THROUGH TIME, YOU DONT EVEN KNOW"
yeaaha baby just come home from a tough exam and found a jay sea video. time to chill eat and watch
Why not Nashors into deaths dance? Don’t you waste mana stat in essence reaver? Or even shojins??
This guy talks about his opponents like they know what they're doing...
Do you not understand that its iron?
Amumu doesn't know how to jungle, garen doesnt know how to build, neither does fizz.
