I rode without mirrors for a week and gave it up. It's mad annoying to have to turn around all the time. I feel much safer and relaxed being able to just look in the mirror. I got some sleek ones though so they look cool af.
Yeah it took some getting use too for sure but That’s why I added a Crg arrow bar end mirror to the right I found myself shoulder checking even with the stock mirrors but I only like riding in the fast lane so I don’t worry much on my left side and it allows me to focus more on in front of me
What is you opinion of the way Kawasaki set up the headlight beam pattern ? To me, it seems to illuminate a ball, dead center, but almost no spread across left-and-right. It would have been better if they took the size and brightness of the center ball, and had that whole thing spread out in a nice line - illuminating the whole area. Watching you ride in the darker areas, it just seemed like the beam pattern did not illuminate enough of the road, to be safe....unless all you ever do is ride in a perfectly straight line.
@@ohmsrr a lot goes into it like age/location/ driving record ect but never hurts to shop around for the best quote I know mine is cheap but it’s at a cost because it’s liability but next year I will probably be paying more for a different plan
@@ohmsrr I pay $76/year for my 2020 Ninja 650, mainly because I have liability only insurance and I own the vehicle. It would have cost about $2,500/year for full coverage. I paid $6,000 cash for the bike. I'm not going to pay more than that for insurance after 2 years of coverage. Dumb. If I wreck it in 1 or 2 years, that's my loss and I don't deserve a replacement.
Nah man these motorcycles are only getting better and better 2 years will fly by I promise you just take this time to soak up as much knowledge as you can about motorcycles and safety

I get that. I may be overdoing it but I check over my shoulder before every turn anyways. Mirror or no mirror makes no difference to me ahaha

Too many close calls to not build that habit to look every time, bikes or cars trying to keep up in the blind spot can be the end of you.
love the quality of this video super sharp
I appreciate that! Thanks man!
