How to Remove Bad Reviews from Google

- Learn how to remove bad reviews or 1-star reviews from your Google My Business Account in this video. Removing bad reviews from Google is important especially if they are not real or legit reviews.
Follow these steps to remove the review.
1. Log into your gmb account
2. Navigate to the bad review
3. Choose to FLAG the review
4. Choose a reason: policy, scam, profanity, competitor, relevance, harassment, personal information or w/e
5. Submit the flagged response
6. Ask other people to flag the review
7. Flag the review from other accounts as the same reason
8. Waiting a few days for a response.

I personally think if someone purchased something and was broken and did NOT get any help from a company then that Negative Review should STAY there to tell others that that company is dishonest !.
I know someone that was scammed from a company and that person wrote a negative review about the entire DOCUMENTED transaction on all accounts and had their review removed even though they never wrote anything super bad.
So its dishonest to remove reviews that are what a person has had done to them from someone/company !.
If it is a totally fake review then REMOVE those reviews of 5 stars that have been BOUGHT !
IF the reviewer never did any business with the person/company and writes a fake review giving 5 stars then yeh remove.
Google doesn’t see anything, I flagged mine 15 times from 15 different accounts and I have heard nothing back.

What I don’t understand is why when I post a one star review they don’t post on this horrible business that scams people but then they spammed by business with 3 1-star reviews instantly! WTH is that about?!

i'm going to try your method. i did it 5 times on same account thought. some places say they can remove for 900 usd.
Maybe live with your mistakes as a business and do better? If you can't convince the customer to remove it, then that's on you. People need to quit acting oppressed.
someone offered me to pay $80 for removal of one bad review and $ 4 for each good review.

Legitimate bad reviews should not be allowed to be removed. lf someone didn't use the services and left a bad review thats one thing. But unsatisfactory services provided should not be allowed to be removed. lts a scam way to run a buisness..

Question-- if your review gets taken down, is it still supposed to remain visible for *only* you as the review creator? Cuz that's what I'm seeing right now for a legitimate review I left for a local therapist that he has since had removed (which I feel is so wrong, given his line of work).
Also is it possible to have a deleted review restored? Or you would just have to post a new one?

It didint work, asked google twice it stands. I was at an auto repair sho checking his hours of operation on a Saturday morning, Je screams at me to move i parjed in his spot, I did so left , the owner left a review.

My business received 17 bad reviews in one day by fake customers most of them they just left the 1 ⭐️ some with a comment that those not made senses and I did that about reporting the reviews but google doesn’t delete. Agree this happened to me! I would love help in getting the review back up bc it was honest! And would help others. Mine was not the Only one deleted there were others! They are all gone! And there is a bunch of new really good reviews which I think are fake!
Sometimes it’s an internet troll trying to diminish your business when they have never used your business
There are also terrible customers who try to hurt good businesses and leave a bad review because they didn't like that they had to pay for their home services. Been there.
How is this not misleading consumers when there is even a way to remove legit negative consumer complaints? How do you maintain trust by the community when this process is obviously not an honest practice? Yes I understand flagging fake reviews is important, but this process also shows how to remove legit negative reviews. It should no longer be any wonder to the most savvy consumer why TH-cam and other social media and tech companies remove the dislike count?
