Kojima has been wanting to move on from Metal Gear for a long time now. MGS on PS1 was actually intended to be the last MG game. He didn't expect it to achieve the success it did and for it to become a huge series. He's probably happy to be moving on to new, original projects and knows that MGSV is going to be considered the final game by all the fans. Hell, Big Bosses speech during The Truth mission was essentially Kojima speaking directly to the players and thanking them for all of their support, and that he was now going to move on and do better things.

If they made a sequel, it will probably be "Metal Gear Survive Again, I Dare You".

Konami got every element of the Metal Gear Saga so wrong in this game, that they even turned one of the most useful and trusthworthy allies of the franchise, in the unintentionally funny villain of the story. iñaki Mendiberri please, please play it. I cant bear to watch people be so blindly hating on a good game. Not great, but definately fun after the first 3 missions
No way in hell. If you like it that's perfectly fine and dandy, but never in life will I support a game that tries to charge you for a save slot. Reviewers say it's shite, but even if it was classified as a masterpiece I would never let my money support such a low practice
