  • Ringing Rocks County Park in Buck's County Pennsylvania is a mysterious natural phenomenon. When struck, they emit a loud ringing sound. In this video I explore the boulder field and test out the rocks. I then hike to an incredible natural waterfall. On they way, I encounter the Brood X Cicadas! Join me on this adventure!

This is a rare gem of a state park. I remember it fondly. Ricketts Glen is superb too. Hawk Mountain in Pennsylvania used to offer an overnight hike on the Appalachian Trail. It was an exciting adventure! They still offer various excursions, to my knowledge. Thanks for sharing your experience. Really nice video!

I did my sr project on the sonorous rocks and even scientist can’t explain the phenomenon when you remove them from the bolder field they no longer ring

It's because there is metal in the rocks there are minerals in these stones.
