thank you for sharing, how to change the width of the columns? I want one column to take most of the page for the content and a narrower column for sidenotes, I tried the sliders on the top ruler but they don't seem to work!

not native speaker when the choose header the line that separate disappeared and the "note" jump below the question
i try'd just to resize the font and it's still jump under the "questions" and the line disappeared as will any suggestion ?
