    I remember going to the prenail factory down the road from M10 in Upper Hutt when doing a block course, you would have been at school Josh (kindly haha) . Prior to it being a prenail plant I went there once to look at a Valiant for sale and there was a considerable horticultural enterprise in operation in the building... that would have been the nineties, guy was like how you get past the dog?. Might be showing my age.
    Remember the guy showing us that the machine to put the gangnails on could squash a piece of 4x2, interesting.

    How common do you reckon it is done this way Vs framing onsite these days?

      pretty much all new builts are pre nail, reno's and extensions tend to be framed on site.

      Hey Id say 90% of new builds, if not more, are pre nail

    it's more easy if frame factory print a 3d plan for builders.
