Hello Brad, thanks for everything that you do for folks out there I have two questions. My friend in Sacramento CA filed for VAWA in February 2022 and USCIS requested for further documentation evidence that she is a person of good moral character from the Police on 05/05/2022, which was submitted sometime in July 2022. Since then till date, she is yet to receive any prima facie determination nor hear again from USCIS till date. She has been speaking with her attorney about this delay but he seems not to have any positive solutions to her present ordeal. She is worried about the status of her case especially since she knows someone who filed for the same vawa at a later date than hers in 2022 has just been approved in this April, 2023. In this circumstance, what are the available options for her to get her case addressed? Another of my friend Los Angeles California filed for Asylum in March 2022. On 12/24/2022, he filed for work authorization pending the determination of his Asylum application. Since then till date he has not received any approval for the work authorization from USCIS. Is this delay normal? Are there things that he can do to expedite the process of approving his application for work authorization with the USCIS? Thanks in advance Sir.

How do you apply for an extension of advanced parole from outside of the USA? For example if you are in an accident and in hospital on the day when you have to be back in the USA
