Im sorryyy,i dont understand how the rope will work
After sewing it in between both fabrics, how will you tie it
I dont get

The rope would be on the inside of the dress, like stitched in between the front and back fabric…so when you wear it the rope should be dangling inside the dress then you’d just tie it on your back.

An Ankara fabric for the blue and crepe for the black,(but it’s best to use a light fabric cause of heat).
