@@nicobbq What I couldn't figure out is how you managed to do ground pounds while constantly holding down the Z button. Because as far as I know, ground pounding from a backflip requires letting go off the Z button and pressing it again.

This was an Epic Challenge, you can also beat Peewee Piranha easier by back flipping and then ground pounding his eggshell! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

An easier way to beat Peewee Piranha is to ground pound his shell when you're above it. Doing so will destroy the shell completely. 👍
He should stop pressing the Z button to do that and pressing again when jumping

Mario isn't crouching whenever he backflips or does a Star Spin, so no, it is *not* possible to beat SMG2 while always crouching. I know Nico said that Mario is "always crouching" as long as the Z button is held down even if it doesn't look like it, but that feels like an excuse to not declare this challenge impossible right off the bat to me.😣

Just a question if your holding z the whole time and in giant world where you wall jumped under the thwomps shouldn't it have made you ground Powned idk I haven't played in forever
If you jump while pressing Z you do that special jump, and you cannot do the ground pound until you stop pressing Z and then press it again
