Logans Ridge (Mt Barney) three first timers take on the ridge (14 Oct 2023)

Ian, Wayne, and Stephen take on Logans Ridge for the first time in this epic hike up Mt Barney. They share their thoughts on Logans Ridge on the summit, how it compares to other hikes. Logans Ridge is one of my favourite hikes and it was great to share the experience with great company. It was a very hot day so plenty of breaks, took us just over 9 hours all up (descent via SE Ridge). Reid's second time, my fourth time up Logans.

Oh! Tell ME ABOUT THE HEAT! We were also at Barney on the 14th Oct weekend! I completed the Barney Skyline that day, we were at East Peak around 2pm and not a single soul in sight. =) Great job on completing Logan for the 4th time =)..
