I have performed this several times as a humble tenor...a lie, no performer is humble! The most remarkable was singing in a small chamber choir singing ' In Every One....'. A new building with a sprung floor, new grand piano. By the time we had finished the piece with our young enthusiastic pianist; the piano had moved to the point where he could barely reach the keys!
Wow indeed! I've sung this piece, and this performance was terrific. Especially liked the conducting -- energetic and absolutely clear (which it needs to be; the rhythms a tricky).
Quite impressive ! Baritone soloist superb! Conductor energetic and inspiring and orchestra sensational! Been a very long time since my choral days in college and I have to wonder, were we this level good? Bravo❣️
Hi, we love your version of Five Mystical Songs. Erik Krohg's voice is incredible and the chorus and orchestra sound wonderful!! We wondered if we could use the beginning of the first song to include in a special Easter Day broadcast we're releasing on Easter day this year for the Diocese of Blackburn with Bishop Philip. We would give all the nescessary credits and links in the description of course. Do you own the copyright to this recording?
From an RVW fan, this is a superb rendition. Superb soloist!
Let all the world in every corner sing.
un vrai plaisir d'écoute..
A very fine performance indeed, and beautifully recorded.

Awesome
WOW. I have never heard a performance this flawless before. This is the best example of perfection in my opinion. Amazing!
I'm a listener of a great deal of Vaughan Williams music, and did this piece great justice.
Absolutely wonderful, in all aspects. A real treat to hear!
For a University production, this is outstanding!
This was at the Indiana University School of Music...perhaps the finest music school in the country!
@@daviddavenport9350 I'm impressed. This did Vaughan Williams justice. I love his and Gerald Finzi's music very much.
Bravo! Spine tingling !
I feel you have captured the essential RVW with all those beautiful dynamics. A decidedly great performance!
Beautifully done! I also have performed this piece, and to have this orchestra and chorus to work with must have been incredibly exciting!
Sublime....
Terrific! The last anthem was electrifying ✨

Great solo performance! This wouldn't be a good piece to do as a choir showcase though, would it? Strong solo emphasis and the choir is background.
Daniel Fowler my church choir is sing the first song and we don’t have a large choir but we do have a very strong baritone solo. It can be done.
I'm singing this for choir
