@@hilaryc3203 Still not worth the price. This isn't the USA. Why the heck would this home ever be worth almost 40 mil? HAHAHA! Even the mansions in Bridle Path in Toronto aren't selling for this much. The price is highly inflated. Delusional.
@@neellie9474 What has the USA got to do with this conversation? Oh wait, you assumed I'm American? Why? I said nothing that would even vaguely indicate that. I live in Vancouver where a standard 1970s or 1980s house can cost you over a million. Don't know what your issue is as I wasn't defending the price, merely stating it had a major overall, but FFS, calm down. Oh, and I'm well aware of the Bridle Path situation.
@@hilaryc3203 Do you have reading comprehension problems? I never mentioned you were American. I literally state *WHY* the price is extremely inflated. Canada is not comparable to the US, yet this home is the average price of a Malibu mansion in California. Even Bridle Path which is one of the most expensive area in all of Canada aren't selling for this price point. It's highly inflated. There's no way the price is worth it. The sellers are delusional.
10 years later, it's going for 37 million
Obviously the home has been completely refurbished inside and out. The "new" version is gorgeous, far surpassing these tasteless rooms shown here.
@@hilaryc3203 How do you know? They never show the inside of the home.
I will take it furnished with decorations for 9mil. Let me know if interested
It's a ten yr old video. It has been completely refurbished and currently for sale for 37 million. Ante up.
