You are very welcome...I learned that a long time ago...I think it's important to share this kind of thing...I know I try to learn as many new things as I can...TH-cam is great for that.

Hello, my talented friend. Yes, the leather handle on the Mother's Day tray attracted my attention. Thank you for showing us the practical way to wrap a handle. It's nice to create and share a variety of ideas to help many people. Congratulations. See you. Great greetings. Stay healthy and happy. Best regards...
Thank you so much, my friend. I learn so much from your videos and the videos of others. Glad I could share something that I learned from another a long time ago.
I know it was you narrating Stan but you can't fool me - that was The Headless Handyman doing the wrapping. I wondered where the heck he'd got to... Well, whoever was doing what that was an excellent vid and very well explained. Cheers mate!
Love watching things like this, whoever thought of this originally must have been smart. Thanks for the great demo, it’s good to keep skills like this going on and passing it onwards.
Thanks for sharing! I have a project in the near future her that I am going to us this on... oh and as my wife keeps reminding me also to make that tray of yours
You are welcome, Alberto...I really like a wrapped handle better thank I like a smooth leather handle. It’s a pretty easy thing once you get the hang of it.
Brilliant Stan. I have always wanted to know how to do this as I've never successfully finished the end off neatly. Now I know. Take care Stan. Cheers, Huw

This is really useful. We used to just glue the ends, but I like how you finish and tighten the wrap. Thanks for the tutorial!
You are welcome...hope it will be useful in the future!

Wrapping an axe and really needed this method thank you!

Thank you for this. I used some scrap leather to wrap my leather tools
Hi Karl...glad it was of use to you
I've always wondered how to do that. Very cool, Stan!
Pretty simple really...give it a shot next time you need to wrap something.
Brilliant Stan. I have always wanted to know how to do this as I've never successfully finished the end off neatly. Now I know. Take care Stan. Cheers, Huw
Thank you, Huw...if you ever have need to wrap something in cordage...this is the way I'd recommend doing it.
Thanks Stan, the only things I have ever wrapped were a walking stick and an axe handle, I will have to remember this way 👍 😉
Once you get the hang of it I think you'll like it...I did a lot bow handles and bowstrings this way once upon a time.
Very cool method
Thank you…I hope it’s helpful
Dope vid! Thanks!
You're welcome! Thanks
Great video thanks buddy
Thanks
Hey good job once again hope everything is ok
Thanks, Tristyn...things are great...hope you are doing good too...maybe making some knives?
That is a good thing to know so I can keep my bigger cordage from unraveling
It’s a handy trick I’ve used a bunch once I was taught it.
3:52 Now that one is cool. The first 20 or so seconds. Talking but no face 😎
Thanks, Pascal...as I've said before...I've a face made for radio and voice perfect for the newspaper!
Hi Stan, do you think I can use your technique to wrap 1/4 inch Manila rope around my ugly bathroom steam pipe?
I do! Give it a shot and let me know how it turns out.
Thank you 😊
You are welcome :)
It is time to change your channel name to McGyver. You can do anything. This too was also very cool.
Haha...thanks, Richard...I think this is mostly just a matter of I'm old and I've kept my eyes open and been willing to learn for most of my life.
