I have this vehicle in black 2022 denali. I have watched a lot of videos on this vehicle, but you have done The best job that I have seen so far, and I've been watching videos on this vehicle for the better part of a year at least . Keep up the good work!
GREAT review - slightly more technical than most reviews which I really liked! I've been looking at these for awhile, & finally pulled the trigger & ordered a 2023 Terrain Denali, Summit White w/ Platinum interior + sunroof. Can't wait to get it (arrives June 22)! Question: What are these like on the road? I realize that it isn't a Corvette, but all the on-line reviews complain about the lethargic engine. I'm NOT buying this to drag race or anything, just want a nice comfortable well equipped daily driver. Thanks!
Terrain is an amazing vehicle we have an 2019 GMC Terrain denali fwd and it is amazing love ours I know we definitely would love an Acadia or Yukon next
You never show the tail pipe.. that's one of the icing on your cake.. Some car lovers like their tail pipe...PRESENTABLE!! I hope you learned ur lesson.
@@danielcoroado3063 I'm not buying into that ideology. Considering other car manufacturers are giving folks 2 or more engine choices too choose from. If they aren't going too bring back the 2.0L engine. Then they at least need to bump up the HP & Torque far more than it currently is. If Nissan can put a 3cyl turbo in their new Rogue. And have it put out 200hp & 225lbs torque. GMC can do the same.
It is a shame. Considering other car manufacturers are offering two or more engine choices. I figure if Nissan can take a gamble and put a 3cyl turbo in their new Rogue. And have it put out 200hp & 225lbs torque what's GMC excuse...? If your not going too bring back the 2.0 engine. Then at least bump the HP & Torque up to a respectable amount. And no 5 additional HP for the 2023 model isn't cutting it. Which is now 175hp vs the 2022 170hp. This vehicle needs a minimum turbo engine of 190hp and 220lbs torque. That would make a HUGE difference. And it's not too much to ask for GMC...(g)
Just a heads up, Intelilamps don't move. They are just auto bright lights using a camera that will dim automatically dim them with an oncoming car or following a car.
gmc did a nice job updating th ecabin what what is going on with the outdated looking steering wheel and and camera dash area with the push or pull to drive and park.
The only draw back with this vehicle is the engine. Bring back the naturally aspirated 3.6 and this DENALI will be perfect. Other than that it's perfect
That tiny motor with a turbo is going to burn up before 100k miles. Needs at least a 2.0 or 2.5 liter. But they are making cars to burn up today. Im 40 amd owned 2 cars. I maintain and run those things till they don't work.
Had me till the shifter ( REALLY ) ! Also just found out its Mexico made ( FAIL ) great video but those two points will make me keep my old terrain for a bit yet till I find something more American / Canadian .
This car is not luxury and is premium on the best day. It's design has the shape of a 2003 Toyota Martix. It's tech and design is far behind, yet GMC is charging comparable prices. No value here. These beige and GM-grey interiors need to go. Basic warranty. Zero reason to waste your money on these.
@@danielcoroado3063 I believe the one that was shown did not have those features or he said in the video, that it did not come with those features due to a chip shortage. That's when I put in the comments that it disqualified it for being a Denali?
@@danielcoroado3063 Hey my friend, I meant to ask, do you like your vehicle? is it worth the money? I'm used to driving the bigger vehicle like the Tahoe, Escalade, do you think I would like this vehicle?

Just bought a 2023 The 1.5 turbo has plenty of power and the luxury is out of this world.
Thank you for creating a review for this vehicle. I appreciate your intricate knowledge of this new 22 GMC Denali!

Glad it was helpful!
Why they got rid of the 2.0 turbo ??
because MPG and emission laws are increasing every year = smaller cubic inch engines and the bigger ones will be gone very soon

We have an 19 denali terrain also love ours also
2018 slt 2.0 here. Love the power. Made sure I got that 2.0 when buying.

Just my opinion.

underpowered
VERY! I feel like at least the Denali should get a better engine.

right off the bat, no fog light and it is a Denali, unacceptable. it probably don't have ventilated seats either
not true ...led fog lights and ventilated front seats standard on the denali .I have one
