Love you teaming up with Torbjorn Alman in a video, I enjoy both your work and Torbjorn Alman is my favorite Blacksmith and So many skills he masters. Thanks for the Teaching Sir
I just found your channel last night, watched you forge a forest axe without any power tools, came back to your channel tonight and subscribed. Great videos, thanks for posting them.
I'm really enjoying anything axe related. Maybe this year I can make my first axe too, though I have a long way to go before I am anywhere near you level of skill
Very nice. I´m actually swedish by birth. However I have been living in other countries for so long that I don´t know if I can call myself swedish anymore. But your video made me feel at home - seeing the forest in the background. I vilket landskap bor Du i? My best wishes to You.
Hi Nils, wonderful work. How many axes can you forge in a day?
3 ปีที่แล้ว +1
Thanks. Well it depends what you mean. I can forge a few at the same time, but i cant do all the steps in one day. So one day i might forge, the other u grind and heat treat and the final day I make and fit the handle
@ Det finns många exempel om du gör en bildsökning på "svensk hillebard" i din favoritsökmotor. Det är större spridning i utföranden än vad jag först trodde. Hoppas du hittar någon inspirerande från dina hemtrakter.
If Nils asks if you want to arm wrestle, run away screaming like a little girl. You know a man is a hard-ass if he has an automatic pounder, but he mostly doesn’t use it.

Haha you are hilarious! You should see my big brother ;)
I'm thinking about buying a Helko for $160 - with leather cover and handle. If you would sell me the axe head for $160 - no leather cover and no handle, I would buy your product.
I like the format you have, with watching you work and then a time at the end where you talk. Nice axe too.
Thanks! Im glad you like the format!
Jim Pennirock, I agree, You nailed it Sir
Thanks for the teaching

Vill du ha något att bita i, så gör en gammal svensk hillebard!
Tack för intressanta videos.
Tack! Ska undersöka! har du några exempel?
