      Hi Taya, nice to meet you. I’m a subscriber and habitual watcher of your channel. I’m wondering where all that stuff your intrepid reporter is supposed to be following up on has gone? Is he so overwhelmed he can’t even follow up on one episode? Is it you that can’t even take one episode to do the same. What gives? I demand some transparency. My subscription comes at the cost of you doing what you say. I’m giving you two or three episodes to get this done or I intend to send a strongly worded comment to you. And tag it on your last ten episodes. No, make it eleven.

      THEY ARE TRUELY SICK IN THE MIND. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNCIVILIZED HUMAN BEINGS FILLED WITH HATRED AND EVIL. THERE IS NOTHING HUMANLY NORMAL ABOUT THE BEHAVIOR OF THESE TERRORISTS AGAINST ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.
      People need to know and understand that police agency and law enforcement agencies are domestic and foreign terrorist organizations designed to violently control and suppress citizens through racist violent laws and policies created by the federal and state politicians to perpetuate MASS CRIMINALIZATION, INCARCERATION, EXTORTION, HARSH SENTENCING, MISCONDUCT, SLAVE TENDENCIES, ENSLAVEMENT AND MURDER OF BLACK AMERICANS AND LAWLESSNESS IN THEIR ORCHESTRATED FALSE RACIST JUDICIAL SYSTEM. They lack credibility, accountability, transparency and regards for preservation of human lives and humanity. The evil system of policing have destroyed the social fabric of the country and created disparity across the communities and yet the federal politicians wants to continue funding their actrocities. The executive, legislative and judicial system is a evil biased hypocritical jackboot system that inflict physical, economic, financial and psychological pain on citizens and people around the world. For decades now, federal, states and local politicians have been working against the interest of the citizens they pretend to serve but rather for the interest of the corporations and those that own those corporations. Insofar that same racist, evil biased politicians are in their position, change is not expected to happen in the racist corrupt police organization and other enforcement agencies. The atrocities from these organizations will continue UNLESS people continue to periodically protest and demonstrate that they need a change in the system of policing or they put the lives of those officers at risk. People need to protest at the houses of these evildoers/ perpetrators/thugs in blue, judges and politicians to DEMAND for adequate policing across the country. The american citizens need to STOP VOTING for these politicians that are fueling the disparity and divide in the country. The treatment of the citizens incarcerated in these prisons/jails/correction facilities are INHUMANE AND EVIL without any rehabilitation program in place. For those of you around the world that think america is the best country, you are sadly mistaken as the system is a purveyor of evil and despair. america pretends to be the best in the world but is nothing but a state terrorist organization controlled by the elite with money and greed and corporations. The american empire have been an evil empire towards it's citizens and people around the world. If nothing is done to correct the afrorementioned situation and change the direction of domesticand foreign policies, the empire will fall suffering the same fate the the previous empires suffered.
      WHY ARE PEOPLE NOT OUTRAGED BY THIS VIOLET AND EVIL BEHAVIOR OF THESE TERRORISTS? DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL IT HAPPENS TO YOUR OWN FAMILY MEMBER? WE FROM THE CONTINENT ARE PRAYING FOR YOU.

      Thank you so much for your comment and for watching! I really appreciate it! And you make a very good point, I also wonder if Sgt Newberg will take his charge, "like a man." I have watched with my own eyes 2 officers break into tears after being convicted in court of heinous crimes. (Crimes they were guilty of, I saw the video with my own eyes.) Now, I am not saying that men should not express their feelings! I am just saying that the expectation of how WE are supposed to accept our punishment "do the crime do the time" whereas these officers are experiencing an unjust personal tragedy- let's just say it is not exactly equal treatment. I actually disagree with your statement, even though, in my opinion this Police Officer should be sentenced to prison for the rest of his life. I do agree that far too many Police Officers engage in what is essentially criminal behavior. I suspect that the number of Police Officers who engage in Criminal behavior might be as high as 1/3. In my opinion we should identify the Police Officers who do not engage in this sort of criminal behavior and oppose it. We should change our incentive systems to reward the noncriminal Police Officers and prosecute the criminal Police Officers, convicted them and sentenced them to Prison. I predict the result will be that criminal conduct by Police Officers drops dramatically, nationwide.

    Thank you Taya and TRNN for real professional journalism. This is not something we the people get a lot of anymore. I truly feel sorry for the actual few good police people that are on still on active duty these days. They must feel like guppies most days in a shark infested tank swimming around and trying to safely navigate among the many other not so good people among them. Just imagine existing in an environment where even the supervisors and superiors openly support and promote the sharks over the "by the book" professionals working along side of them. This is where I believe most if not all the problems both start and end when it comes to this global epidemic of "bad policing" in supposed democratically run countries. These policing problems are not just a United States issue or even Canada for that matter. This issue exists anywhere that there are police and that is just a fact. The entire roles and tactics of policing today has changed and mostly for the worse from the public's perspective.
    It used to be that police people were also members of a community that worked along side those in the community to ensure an enjoyable and mostly peaceful existence was experienced by all. So much as changed since those days that I for one do not recognize what the role of policing is any more other than the obvious. It would seem that they have all been turned into the private militia for the governments of their countries yet being funded by the taxpayer. They are being used to silence and strong arm the political opposition to sitting governments. This is not the role and/or responsibility of the people's police. The police are suppose to first and foremost uphold the supreme law of the land which is the "Constitution" in the United States and the "Charter of the Canadian Bill of Rights and Freedoms" in Canada. Each of these individuals were made to swear an oath to uphold these supreme laws yet many have failed miserably at dong so, Why? Because their supervisors and superiors are failing them as well.
    They deliberately ignore these two very important documents anytime that it does not serve them which is typically quite often. They do not like or want to be held to any standard that restricts what they can or cannot do. Too many police people already believe that they themselves are above the law and that anything that they say and/or do is also the law. Mix this already dangerous ignorance with toxic ego's and inflamed arrogance and you have the perfect mixture for needless injuries and endless lawsuits. That is the world of today's policing in a nutshell. Unless and/or until they are all held accountable and made to change the way that they police people, problems are only going to worsen and multiply. It is as if that is what they want to happen? Humm!

    • @therealnews
      @therealnews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Taya here! Your analysis was quite right and also made me a little sad because it shows the problem is endemic and not confined to the democratic experiment of the U.S. The U.S. has a unique take on modern policing, it's origins are not based in controlling a class of people in the way Robert Peele's modern police department was formed in England. It arose out of even uglier origins. And you are right, I know there are people who signed up to do good as officers, and I have also spoken to them after they were persecuted by their fellow officers for standing up for the law and human rights rather than stand behind the blue wall of silence. We are in a precarious but potentially amazing time where we could push to make things better and safer for all of us! I try to stay optimistic! I have to, I really hope that we can as a community share information to inspire others to demand that their civil rights are respected. I hope we can! And you help give me hope! Thank you.-taya (Oh, and your last thought that perhaps they want problems to worsen and multiply well, that is just called "job security" right? I could do 5 shows on that idea alone!!!)

The people we have hired to do our government business have gone beyond the borders of their Authority. The only solution is to go after them personally. We can't talk them into being nicer to us. We can't fight the machine. Our only option is to go after the individuals operating a machine. I'm not a violent person I simply don't see another way to solve this problem. Everybody keeps saying it's just a few bad apples, but if that was the case this problem would not exist, or if it did, it would be publicly tried and examples would be made. As it is, that rarely happens, and I've never seen the police union go against the dirtiest of cops. Qualified immunity has got to end. Dirty cops can't be cops, anywhere, ever again. Any cop who turns body camera off should face criminal charges. Stay safe.

    If anyone with white skin watches videos like that and think "oh god, these cops are racist" then you need to start thinking "oh my god, they are actually doing this to human beings, how long will it take before they are held accountable before they turn their guns on me and my family". When you start looking at it like that, it suddenly puts things into perspective and stresses urgency for action.
    In my case, seeing all these videos caused me to have a phobia for police. Fearing that between them showing up and their departure, someone will die. Some might call me irrational for having this fear, but I know black people feel this same fear everyday, and the fact that they do is proof of our two faced America and highlights the severe problem with the system that the only people being crushed by it, no one listens to them. If you're white, you can't see the danger all around us, its racist cops in a racist system today, but any system where they can kill an unarmed man infront of god and everyone under a fucking spotlight and not even get a headache afterwards just because the dead guy was black and the murder happened in a neglected part of town means they could just as easily turn their guns on you.
    This here is an example of just how much we let cops get away with. I wouldnt ever go to Boston unless you want to go to prison for no reason.
