Totally agree, if he had a bit longer hair he would look how he did in daylights. I think 1999 would’ve been a good year for his last bond film, think DAD would’ve been a bit too far considering his realistic approach.
Timothy Dalton is a very good actor and made a wonderfull job in Cleopatra. But the best Caesar of the screen for me was The great Rex Harrison in the film of 1963.

Timothy Dalton is magnificently wonderful in every part he's ever played...from Heathcliff to Mr Rochester to James Bond to Bancroft and on and on!
'Dashing' is an understatement. This man is charm personified.
It's a shame he has the baldness gene.
Timothy Dalton is a leading man for the silver screen! He steals every scene he is in! I wish he had continued to portray James Bond!
Timothy was absolute in love with his character, Julius Caesar. And working with Leonor Varela, best Cleopatra ever.
I love this movie and no human can ever be a better caesar !

hear ya on that I loved rex in Cleopatra Dr Dolittle and My Fair Lady! Tim did well with his part tho!!!
