I played this game for several houndred hours and yet just flipping the map makes me think that Unknownworlds added a new biome. Oh yeah, you can totally complete the game this way. Let's see how the Prawn and the Cyclops handle the changes
The Z axis of the map is North & South. With the map reflected across the Z axis the mountains would be to the south & the Degasi island would be to the north.

The void is the one thalassophobia-inducing part of Subnautica for me (even tho I know there's nothing down there). Seeing this inverted map where the void is always below you (esp. in the originally shallow areas cos they're now the deepest here) is unnerving as hell.

something i immediately thought was "can he even get the space ship with messed up terrain?" also, an idea i thought was making the world on its side with the water going all the way down to the crater edge, and a small area of land from the crater edge a thing i noticed is that the brine of the lost river now looks like pockets of air or some gas, which would make sense if a massive creature died
Challenge idea (if you’re interested): A Prawn suit only challenge. All you’re allowed to use is 1 moonpool for recharge and upgrades so you can use the Prawn to maximum potential, but nothing else.

you now gotta do a playthrough of this subnautica version, this would be intresting (its up to you if you do/don't do a playthrough, but I would watch it)
After completing Subnautica and Subnautica Below Zero, I just re-realised how scary, and simple Subnautica was, while BZ was easy for me, but same ish amount of time it took to complete both, although, it didn't felt longer to finish Subnautica, hence it's that simple, it feels like days go past tbh, but hey, i'm surprised that BZ imo isn't as good as the original, despite it's graphics and new features.
Late but anyways: Cool video where you are literally destroying map. It would be intresting to see someone trying to end game with upside down map. Sad that it's only 8 minute, but still, something dropped. Waitin' for the next video, let's see what you will bring next time~
